Den Cable is not currently working. Not responsible cable operator. With in ten days no signal. Den is not arrange very bad.. cable operator not take my calls. What are you doing this.

Worst services of this company....have called the operator to check my set top box as its not working they fake promises that they will check yet no response its been 3 days .....the operators is least interested ....he only arrives to collects monthly charges.

Triple Play , your franchise in Gurgaon, is providing very poor service. There are frequent break downs of services. The staff who attend to complaints is thoroughly unprofessional & maintain no records of complaints from s customer. No complaint number is provided. Communication about my GST to be recorded has gone unacknowledged for over a year. The owner is never available, nor is there any responsible senior executive. Am seriously thinking of shifting my business.

really very pathetic service by the local den operator in gurgaon (nathupur) dlf phase 3, every time you switch on your t.v ,in every 30-40 sec an error comes (network issue please contact your operator) this is happening from last 3- 4 months, 3-4 month is enough time to resolve the issues like this or not ?, this is the reason why people are moving towards other brands (tata sky, dis t.v etc etc).

Kindly convey the message to your dlf phase 3, nathupur, s block (gurgaon) team & try to resolve the issue if possible in 2018.

mera den conection 1month se band hai..puri payment karne ke bad bhi 32 hours ke bad abhi tak on nai huva hai. ipreter ko call kro to har bar nai....GOLI....mahine me 20 din kable ata hai complent koi sunta nai....sabse sadaa huva network hai....Den cable

Dear Sir,

I regret to inform you, that set top box is not working since 4 months. I had already been complain registered to your customer care over phone, lost complain no is 5003161 dt 14/09/18 after that second complain no 5014881 dt 24/09/18 and today also no is 5018853 dt 26/09/18, Local cable operator has been attend but problem not resolve on till now. I request you please look into the matter and resolve at the earliest.

Den network is very very very bad signal. Den bahout hi kharab service de raha hai.

Vey poor services from cable operator. Service provider also not responding well. Cable not coming since 2 days at air force borgad region which is operated from avtar point. No repose from service provider. So irritating.

Sorry to inform you that, your service is very poor... I am using DEN cables since 2016 and facing your cable issues regularly like technical problem, set box is not receiving a siganal etc... pls do the needful to solve this issue permanently or need to think about other options. Pls see my local cable operator name and address..

Cable operator not able for new package selection or properly guidance for new policy from 1 month. he come only for monthly fees he not available in cable office swapnpurti sect.36 khar ghar navi mumbai.

Our cabel operater provide us package selection form. In which he mentioned FTA +DD PACK for rs. 160 instead of 130 /- .he is charging more for rental fees of 160 excluding value packs.

130+ channel ka amount dena hai lekin cable wale keh rahe he hum to 300 rupaye lenge. Aur aaj hamara connection cut kar diya ye to unki man mani hai kya kare ab hum. Mai to den cable par case karne ja raha hu
Or koi upaye hai to batao.

Den distributor taken total 1 month rental money extra but box not active till now and mob number is off mirzapur 231001 ganeshganj mirzapur.

I just want to choose few channels and I'm not getting a good respond from my cable operator as he is telling me to choose a package. And I don't want because I watch few channels only.

The Services of Den cable network operator at panditwari area is worst.we are very disappointed and unsatisfactory from his services. Most of the time he is not attending our phone.Moreover after 6 pm ,he is usually not in a condition to talk . His attitude and behaviour is very rude. He is doing his monopoly and charging the more than the rates fixed by the govt. It is my sincere request to take the action against this cable operator Mr Vijay (Mob:9319138686).

We have been requesting him to start the Zee channel since last three days but everytime he told to add this channel and till date and time he has not done it even after repeated telephonic request in last three days. whereas he took the subscription for this channel. In view of this, it is my humble request to take the stern action against this cable operator otherwise our subscription already paid to him in cash arrange to get refund us at the earliest.

I have no cable connection for three weeks. cable operator is not responding. very poor service. he is not giving new rate list. it is better i change to any other dth operator. customer care service is extremely poor.
