My Jio number 9550000382, I have ported Airtel to Jio after 2months I have received a massage that there is outstanding bill of 418, my number bard outgoing calls. so I have paid Airtel bill Of 420, on 26:4:2018 at time is 1:09:8... and till now I am not able to call outgoing and net browsing. please solve my problem urgent.

Sir, I have been faced a lot of problems during net connection since 45 days, I have complained so many times but solution not found to customer care, incoming and outgoing call are serviceable, but net is not working. plz solve my problem, thank u.

My device is Redmi 3, Sometimes the calls not attend on swipe and it gets hanged. Cant attend the call. Only way is rebooting the device to recover.

My jio no. 8279435480 hai. Date-05-04-2018 me 399 ka recharge karaya tha. Jiske out going calls band kar de gayi hai. Please help me.

8610458862 this number area location network is very poor and network problem for 3months. please clear the problem immediately and 400 users are used jio at this location.

I'm unable to watch jio TV it's giving a description that oops "you must be on jio network or have a device with active jio sim, to access ur favorite channel or program plz contact care @jio.com.

Plz let me know when and how this problem will be sorted.

I am not received my OTP, because of alternative numbet problem, my Jio sim is in Wi-Fi, I like to change my alternate number or want to enter a new number.

Jio tv is not working. In the beginning it worked well but after a week, it does not work.

When i call customer care 198 from my demo number... then not answering my call. Always this problem only... whats the reason plz notice me. So many times i called care number there is no response and not answering. plz inform.

My phone is Samsung galaxy j7prime purchased from UAE. I use jio sim with jio 4g voice it was working well but from some days I face many more problems like calling internet speed. I am very irritated.

Airtel and odaphone are better than you, atleast they are providing some speed in the name of 4G. I am continuously complaining from 27 dec 2017 till today but the network and speed issue is not being solved.

I have raised complaint regarding jio network (internet) issues on 18 january 2k18 but no action has been taken yet and today is 18 may 2018. 6 to 7 times I have filed complaint no no action has been taken from your side from last 4 to 5 month.

I am getting my 4G speed near about 12kbps to 50kbps during morning time... And 150kbps to 200kbps during night time (late night from 1am to 3am). Customer care says may be it's bcoz of people watching IPL live. So what about time duration b/w 1 am to 10 am morning, during that time the IPL match is not even started.

One person (customer care) has told me "when u don't get internet speed, call us at jio customer care no. We will resolve ur speed issues".... Hahaha (idiot).... !!!

Only making excuses.... is this kind of service jio is providing to the customer.

I have using jio sim more than 6 months after this 1.5 i have facing more problem on data. i have compliant many times to compliant calls always they are saying problem on me. shall i close this sim or u r able to require my problem. i have all call records messages and i am going to spread to my friends surrounding this is last warning to u r call center. i have compliant more than 10 times still no response.

My data has finished and within 15mins of automatic renew i get a message that you have used all your data. How can some one use full data in 15mins?

My Jio Mob. no. 88798989 is port from Vodafone network now with your Network, before two days out going call is decline your massage is on mobile not sufficient balance after that I am approached your outlet for recharge but their got me information about my previous Vodafone bill is pending therefor my out going call is decline Now I am paid out standing Vodafone Bill Rs.180/- their Receipt no. no. MUM063C180524_50118391 dt. 24/05/2018 on payment center no. MUM-VF Store-VFHOUSE. So please start my out going call Immediately.

I recharged Rs.449/- on 24th April 2018 and my No. deactivated from 25th April 2018 and JioApp shows balance as 0.00. since then inspite repeated requests my phone is not reactivated. Can you get it reactivated soon.
