Feedback - You are the worst
Who on earth charges for Customer Care number? I called redbus twice and each call was approximately 10 mins. I had to call due to their fault, the bus left early from the boarding point without any prior info and having to deal with it was a first hassle and you shithole charging me for it is even more insane! I curse your company fails miserably and the people who made the decision of charging for Customer Care get to their knees on the roads. If you dont pass it on to the concerned authority, you shall have a most pitiful and merciless end too!

Refund problem
I don't know what was happening with this redbus. My amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet on April 17 when I booked a ticket from Tirupathi to bangloore but the ticket has not been booked. You said that within 48 hrs u will refund the amount to. But it was been 9 days the amount was not refunded to me. Kindly refund my amount immediately. If not definitely I will file a case on redbus.com
