Very bad service, cheat sundirect.

I'm calling regularly sun direct customer service but not responding.

I recharged an of 500 rupees for my basic plan and my Sundirect card number is 41330212840. And also the customer service phone haven't been attended.

Plz clarify and continue my sundirect channels.

How to recharge sun direct?

Dear Sun direct,

Our smart card number is 10245105621. I recharged for 289 plan 3 days back but till date it is not activated and we are not getting any programs. Several times I called customer care number always busy. I sent a mail with two reminders but no reply. I never saw such a worst service in my life. Yesterday night I called customer care at 10.30 pm suddenly I got the line they transferred my call to the customer care executive but no body is receiving some worst repeated music is coming after 1 hour I disconnected the call because of no patience. Now what to do I am not understanding. Now I am planning to move to some other DTH which will be better.

I have recharged via axis account by debit card 212 rupees today at around 1.00 pm & channels not activated when called helpline after repeated trails executive told not credited amount again 196 RS paid Google pay e tv /NTV other channels not coming as offered by pack helpline numbers are not connected

I have recharge my set up box but recharge is cancelled and payment was deducted my account my registered mobile number 7733037070 and I have mail official mail id but not responce very bad experience shamlesh...!
