I try my policy premium (Policy No. 00669299) payment through online but I am not able to do on 21/11/2015, Kindly tell me the correct way for my insurance payment immediately.

I have insured myself and my husband under your policy no.21889892 in the month of April 2016 through a local agent working under tieup with Jammu and Kashmir bank. I have paid premium for both insured persons but I received policy in which only one person is covered. Two months have passed but agent is not able to rectify or provide me the correct policy. Please look into the matter.

Your office is not sending premium receipt.I told your officer at Rajkot on yesterday that premium receipt aapne mail kar di hai. He becomes annoyed & told in a bad manner & loudly that this is not his duty. Sir I am a 72 years of Senior Citizens. I am not your borrower. I think that I am your valuable policy holder. How your officer is talking with me in a rude manner.Please arrange to mail me premium receipt quarterly regularly & positively. can you transfer my documents of my above policy to your Surat. I am living at Surat permanently. Please intimate Mobile no. of your Surat office for my future follow-up. I am very & very fedup with your Rajkot staff. My insurance policy no. is 21017031. My premium is Rs. 60,000/- P.A. While purchasing the policy ihave given the instruction to deduct my premium from my saving bank PNB New Shimla.For all the previous years my premium has been deducted directly from my account. But this year on as per SMS received it has been found that premium is yet to be paid. Sincce as per standing instructions premium is to be deducted from my account .I tried to contact your agent Mr. Sndeep on his Mob. No. 9816000713, but he used to immediately disconnct the telephone.

My policy number 21910884 is not paid by your agent tarun Sharma and also he make 2 policies we only apply for 1 policy. The policy purchaser name is mrs. Renu Sharma una himachal Pradesh 177207 . I am his husband. While we purchase the policy he says only investment for 5 years but now we call in your bangluru office they their is 10 years investment . Sir we are nt able to invest more now. Please I request you take inmediate action on this matter. Your agent Tarun Sharma misguide us because we have no so much knowledge about it. So please concentrate on these complaints.

Policy no. 2198447 Noida. Paid my premium (RS.20450 dated: 12th september 2017 by cheque FFN "717764 " By account no. 0515002100014270) before the expiry date of the policy and we also received message of premium paid. But after the week of premium due date received the message that my policy has been dishonored because of insufficient balance!! Please look into the matter!!

Duly signed Original Policy Document of the subject Policy No. 20881300/Met Smart One along with relevant documents handed over to Metlife personnel/officer Mr. Parasnath Yadav, deputed at Punjab National Bank Branch office at Goregaon-East on December 02, 2017. Till December 28, 2017, there is no information from the officer to whom the documents were handed over or the Metlife office itself. Kindly expedite.

Just talked to Customer care representative Aman. To notify, I have not got my premium receipt of 50000 which I paid online on 3rd january. This CC Aman first said that u will receive your receipt on 30-1-2018 , when I insisted , let me talk to your senior, he said senior is not available. After that he held the phone call and said ur email is not updated and you will get it once it is updated and disconnected the call.

i am very dissatisfied with the service of your company, I took the policy in 2009 and even after being your customer after 8 years, you are showing such an irresponsible and unprofessional attitude.
Will never recommend this policy to anyone.

Do the required action ASAP or I am going to raise it to the head office as I have already sent the bank statement, the transaction success message both at india service and india grievance.

Dear Sir,

My wife have a policy no.21758133 with you. My policy was not in force due to non payments of premium. I spoken to customer care no. 1800-425-6969 and got the information that there is a special revival campaign, where you have benefitted to waiver of penalty and only pay Rs.1,48,396/=. When I went to submit the premium in Sector-62,Noida, the official designated told me that after waiver the a you have to pay Rs.150061/=, because my system shows this amount only. Finally I deposited the premium viz receipt no.C7D42156 on dated 16/Jan/2018. The Officer also told me that you must contact to toll-free no weather revival accepted or not.

On dated 20-Jan-2018 when I contacted the toll free no the , your center is to telling a different story, that he has the information there is no any waiver offer running so you have to further deposit the balance Rs.9000/= (Approx). Why are you people doing this kind of malfunctioning with your customers? I do not want to deal with the company where transparency is not a practice.

Kindly refund the revival amount which I deposited 16 Jan and tell me the surrender value of previous deposited amount.

Annual premium amount of Rs 24,750/- has been sent to madurai branch office through Indian overseas bank (IOB) cheque bearing No.010593 Dated 2/03/2018 related to POLICY NO: 21280788 which is realised on 9/03/2018 & debited the amount from my account but frequently SMS from your office stating that your premium is still due, in the same time postal acknowledgement received from your madurai branch office but official acknowledgement or receipt is not yet arrived from your office. In this connection so many times contacted to your toll free numbers but there is no response even after laps of two months from your end. let me know that my policy is alive or lapse please do needful.

I was issued policy no. 1200800465372 Met easy when it was launched initially through AXIS BANK LTD as agent in jan 2008. I paid four primiums agaist 3 compalsory payment.Its fund value was Rs 253000 at the end of year 2016.By this time it was taken over by PNB & became pnb Metlife.

Now the real problem started for me. One staff Mr. KULDIP SINGH comes my home & convinces me of better return by swiching inother fund. i said very clearly that i am a retired defence personal & not in a position to pay the premium.He assures me that i do not have to pay the premium & will able to cover the losses made. He completed paper work & takes a cheque of Rs 150,000from Met easy policy fund[partial with drawal].However policy was send on my old address & it also had wrong contact number.I never knew what happened. In all this one year was completed and i got message from bank for deduction of Rs 413 due to insufficient fund in account, when contacted came to know it was for policy premium from Met life.Now contacted Mr kuldip singh ,he started making excuses after many discussion he puts Rs 1000 in my account & says that premium clause is removed from my policy, still i did not have my policy with me.After about 5 months another staff Mr snatosh dubey comes to my house & i explained him every things, he assures me of help & after 2/3 calls of mine stopped picking my call.Then comes Mr sandeep singh, i again explain him each & every things happened in past.He assures me that he will get me duplicate policy for Rs 150,000. After 2/3 visit of my house he gets me above said DUPLICATE POLICY NO.22104451 issueed dated 07 feb 2017. Now he asked me about remaining fund in my MET LIFE policy Met easy as above said . I said clearly that i want to surrender the policy. He does some paper work & asks me to sign under line without complete instruction. He said he will complete it before submitting it. I believed him as during course of meetings i had said that I AM A RETIRED DEFENCE PERSON ,I CAN NOT PAY PREMIUM & ALSO I WILL BE NEEDING MONEY FOR MY DOMESTIC JOB. After all this again another POLICY NO. 22674447 date 28 sept.2018 was issued for me but this was not delivered to me & confirmation call i did not get since the number given for policy was my old BSNL mobile no. which dose not work most of the time. Since orignal policy for the duplicte one was missed i had asked Mr sandeep to deliver the policy personally but the duplicate was still delivered to my old address from where i collected it. I was not aware about what was happening to Met easy policy ,i contacted to Mr. sandeep but did not get satisfactory reply. After about 20 days he delivered me the new policy .When i reminded him abot my instruction,then he said he is not aware as to how it happened & said office has done it from their side. He also said its pension fund so i will not loose any money whenever i wish to liquidate it even the next day of he handing over it to me.

Since i am in need of fund for my domestic requirement i request you to guide me about surrendring my both policy such as how much money i will get if i surrender now. Will i have to pay any charge ?. I can not pay premium anyway anymoe.Your best suitable advice is my need of time.

I have a policy No.21547692 half-yearly frequency second half amount Rs.49591.26 paid on 28 October 2020 through online (phone pay ) but the premium paid receipt and premium paid certificate per annum still not received till to date ie 09 November 2020. so I request you to please arrange to update and send my renewal premium receipt and premium paid certificate for the FY 2020-2021.
