I have sent my cancelled cheque and a letter followed by email with the bank pass sheet. Yet you have sent your redemption amount and divident warrant payable at my old bank account which is already closed. You are insensitive and discourteous and do not read my letters and emails properly and act. Your staff are arrogant and have not done justice to me. Where should I complain about your disservice.

I received an e-mail saying as A/C statement, but I could not open it. So will you e-mail to me the account statement in a different format. I wish to hear from you.
