My IRCTC user ID id deactivated. please help me to activate my user ID and reset my new password.

I have an issue regarding the transaction status on irctc. actually today i had booked an two tickets of sleeper classes in ladies quota. where i made the transaction to irctc for the two ticket. after some time amount has been deducted from account for that i received an message from bank. but at same time on irctc account the status is showing there were no such amount is paid for the seat i have booked. i expect you may help

Sir firstly my ticket is in 3rd ac after than again from railway i got message that your ticket has been downgrade ac to sleeper. How is it possible?

My money is deducted from my account but my ticket is not confirmed... And didn't show any pnr no.

After login user & password mobile number & email ID option comes when I have verified this option again mobile no.& email Id .I have send to you screen shot of login page.

I was booked my ticket from irctc on 23-02-2018 at 10: 20am. pnr was not generated but amount was deducted. please refund my money my bank is on pos irctc1278598 at Rep*irctc txn#698174.
