Sir I am not able to make any call from my jio4g voice since from 1 week I called on 198 but they didn't help me out so plz check the problem and kindly look into it to solve it.

I have jio 4G sim last 10 months but now a 8 days not working data & voice call so that i call customer care before 4 days but till that service is not done. Very poor service. Immediately solve my problem.

As I have got jiofi with sim 6281119686

My plan expires on 12th feb 2018, now i am interested on plan rs.399 , if I would like chose payment it adds prime member ship fee rs .99 which is a duration just one month i.e.31st march 2018. According to ur policy the prime membership would be cover 1yr from date of prime membership paid other wise it is un justifies to the consumer.

Hence it is requested to avoid prime membership fee for my jiofi sim 6281119686.

I bought a jiofi 2 on rs 1999 dated 06/05/2017 is not working well.
Imei : 911560805234185 its battry last when plugged out for 10 minutes. What i do. When i went to jio service center the executive said me to change the battry on rs 560/ what i do. When i purchaged it that time shopekeeper told me about one year warrenty. But now service center executive denied. He says

In my area bilariya ganj, azamgarh, up is very bad network, and some time showing no network. please attention for my request and improve the network.

My jio tv has stopped working. It's notifying I must be donated to jio SIM or device (it is already I have). Then what is issue.

Competitive field students can use only just browsing purposes but he maintain daily 1 GB loss his time. he much more time spend grabsites. Soo this point is very very important. Plzzz slow speed data balance for competitive world students. In India 20 crores unemployed users available. plz do something.

Past 3 days jio tv is not working in my mobile. Always it say's that my network is slow but all other apps related with mobile data are work properly in my phone but only jio tv is not working in my phone. So what can i do??

Jio 4G network is a very bad, I hate this network. my net is a working a very very slow. I hate jio network and jio communication. my address chitkohra bridge, gardanibagh, patna, bihar.

I have a mi a1 handset . I am not use properly net after 1 month. I complaint to 198 call center 2 times. They answer me you wait 48 hours to resolve your problem. I call after 48 hours to answer me I will try you call were you are not in coverage area both time. Pls I request to you please solve my problem and talk to my area network team.

Bullshit, we can not delete my statement call history and massage history, in my jio application.thats not right... inconvenience we can not erase our call history in my statement. this is not good... we have rights.

As per store team. I want to close my jio number. My number is postpaid. Store team says your number is postpaid we do not close manually. He speak with OBL he says take ID proof and note all thinks. I was handover it. This communication is December month . He says now your payment will not deducted from your account. Again month of February bill payment was deducted from my account. Please refund my amount. My jio number is 8708345457. please close my account and refund my money. I'm not using sim since September month. Why I'm paying bill. Please help me and revert me ASAP.

I have got wrong notice i am not misusing voice call. i make only my personal call i have engaged. so i talk daily more than 5 hours if jio has no call limits then why am i getting notice?

in my house there are 2 jio users and from few days no network is coming in my area.. And in other places there is high speed network. it happened suddenly i was having High Speed network at my area upto 5-6 mbps download speed and then suddenly my network was gone and it was showing no service.. please fix this.

I subscribed to the Reliance Jio fiber in the last week of January. Was assured of extremely good speed. Initially it was fine. But its not been even a month and the speed has reduced drastically.I met some people from the company in the building premises and complained to them about the same. They admitted that they had received similar complaints and their technician was looking into it. Kindly resolve the issue immediately. As of now I am not happy with the service at all. I was better off with my earlier service provider.

I got a new jio sim and used the free 4G service but after 6 days now my sim was not working. No calls and internet only no service will be provided my 2G data pack was finished after that my was also not working. Plz help me to restart my sim.
