I can't check balance of my WiFi ultra card no 8459039944 . Then how will I come to know how much data I used. If any data is deducted wrongly who will be responsible. When I click the option "check my balance" I don't get message showing data balance . They only send me a message "your request will be processed shortly." Please resolve this problem as fast as possible.

Unbelievable and very unfortunate to state that last five days before purchased your MBlaze post pay connection. till this day no help from your end. Though have called your customers care and requested them yesterday but no response. Hope you will guide me, 1. So that the connection should be disconnected immediately or 2. how should I pray for immediate disconnection and 3. make arrangement for your bill so that I should pay you.

My plan is 999, Morning 15gb and night15gb. Morning 8am to night 12pm 16hrs 15gb, night 12am morning 8am 8hrs 15gb. its a wrong plan and cheating the people so pls change the plan for morning 8am to 8pm 15gb and 8pm to 8am 15gb. So dont cheat me and people...customer care is not good.

mts deducting my balance so frequently from 29th july to 31st july 2015 on mts no 8646800968. which makes so expencive that cost more than 100 mb to send a simple mail. i have cheaked in both of my pc and laptop same deduction whick make me really fell sad. poor service from them i am really dissapointed with them.

your company give me sms that 17% extra-recharge mts mblaze 8926088235 with rs 399 n get 3.5gb usage insted of 3gb for 28 days. Offer till 6th aug .

so I am recharge 6th august at10.13 A.M of Rs 399 then your company give me 3gb why??????

My data card number is 8459637931...registered with the name of mr.ram tirath sharma, my grand father. all your bill dues are cleared by me but i think company is playing with me..without my allowance my datacard is deactivated by the company. and acc to me i think the executives appointed by the company in the call centers are illiterate and dnt have manners. i called many times in the company to ask why my datacard is been deactivated so the giving me difft difft reasons every time.

My dues are clear, even i paid rupees fifty in advance....its my mistake and its my duty to understand before purchasing this dongle that its company choice to deactivate any dongle of a customer without any single reason and also reactivated with its own choice, not depend upon the customers complaint.

Hello sir
My MTS no is 8453356254 on the name of Vinod kumar datusliya. I got it on 5th august 2015 with 5gb data validity till 20th aug. I got it online through mts store, in starting of few days I had connectivity issue, I complained regarding the same but they didn't turned up. But somehow through the help of some other mts user I could solve my issue, but the next issue was that at my place in electronic city Bangalore, network was very poor and speed was 2kbps, I again complained for the same many times. I have one complain no AUG/3719. But again the response was terrible they didnt turned up. On 20th of aug my data got expired, if u check my record, you will find that I could use only 500mb data out of 5gb data. I just got fed up of your service. I with my family is using MTS since 2007 but I had never faced this type of horrible situation, I kindly request you that I don't want your service anymore and I want to return this data card to you and I want my money back. I am pursuing MBA from SIBM bangalore, here we have taught about the importance of customer service and their feedback,but I am not getting that what kind of service you guys are providing.

please tell me the procedure to return your product as soon as possible. I got fed up at that extent that I thought to complain in consumer forum but my loyalty towards mts didn't allow me to do this because I am a very old customer of MTS.

I am once again requested you to please discontinue wifi services and refund process may please be intimated immediately under intimation to me.

Respected sir actually I have buy a new data card before two weeks and it's activated after 4 days. after activation the customer executive call me and tell me your is 750 monthly but the 12 GB .6 GB IN NIGHT AND 6 GB day use in month.due to this I have deactivated my data card. my deactivation no-2467373 and my mdn no-8459540495

I am really furious, I have a 24 gb plan but now suddenly after the usage of gb's is increased in the day time the speed limit has dropped to 0.03 kbps. i can hardly send a message from a chat app its like i have to use it in the night because the speed is 2.78 or 3.00 kbps now please explain why? I have this divided usage if, I am paying a bill for a month why cant i get high speed in day and night both if this is the way company is going to cheat people saying its high speed and keep controlling the speed why are we even paying I wonder, while in comparison nowadays mobile data works as good as a broadband please take your customers seriously or else no one will trust MTS again. please resolve the speed issue as soon as possible or else there is only one way to solve is to surrender the connection.

i recharged my mts data card no. 8104871989 on 27sep2015 in the eve at 8 'o' clock with MTS website with 499 plan . recharge was done i got mail n message too but after 2 min one more message came from my bank that the balance got deduct and it was on second time . i tried to live chat but as you also know about your services how much speed you provides thn i called on mts customer care no . they said wait for 7 WORKING DAYS i said ok. after 7 working days bal was not refunded i called again the executive said that we will call you with in 4 working hours . i havnt got any call thn called back again the person said our timing in morning 8-7 eve. thn i request him to transfer my call to his senior he took around 5 min to transfer after requesting 2-3 times as same answer all busy all busy. the senior executive registered my complain and the message i got with my complained no saying with that it will talk 60 WORKING HOURS.

i dnt know is the company is so smart or they thinks like people are stupid . but i am not. on 27 sep the balance got deducted and today is 10 oct i comp. on 27 itself and they register my complain on 09 oct 2015. as the mistake is from your side not from my side i provided all the details that you need on customer care no. i know all rules and regulation and you know what govt rules can do with your company n company Image. so the need full for same as soon as means before tuesday morning i think this is much more enough time that you need, otherwise i need to register a complain to consumer court and i will make sure that for this you have to pay a lot n lot.

I received a call today(14/10/2015) from your person Mr.Roop chandra gowtham Mobile (Number : +919212301125) and the person who called me was very rude and introduced himself as Lawyer in Delhi Chambers updated me that he is going to file a consumer case against me and they will arrest me for the due pending amount is 883/-.

Already i got a call from Mr.Praveen kumar Advocate in Delhi Mobile (9210429745) he ask me to pay the amount of Rs 700/-,that time itself i payed the amount of Rs 700/- on 29/12/2014@4.40pm Transaction Id-P13250829c14 and conform it to him through Phone,he said ok,but now the same problem. we are middle class people suffering like this if already payed also we are suffering, some people make their life end, no solutions.Please don't do like this anymore.

After i paid the amount, I received from MTS.

My mts mblaze data card no:-9152056044 is currently a prepaid connection. i want to change it from prepaid to postpaid connection so i talk to ur customer care executive and he told me that i have to go to ur customer care office. when i go to ur customer care office and when i talk about them that i want to change my no. 9152056044 from prepaid to postpaid connection then they said to me that you can not change your connection from prepaid to postpaid. so sir help me as soon as possible to solve my \ problem. my mobbile no. is 8449766376. so plzz help me and call me back as soon as possible.

On viewing the complaints raised by MTS customers I also feel that MTS is not a standard service provider. In my case i have taken the plan Rs. 550 + tax which comes to Rs. 627 per month for net connection, But this month the bill amount was Rs. 683/= As other customers complaint the speed of the net is also very slow. When i checked up with the customer care they did not give me a satisfying reply. They were telling that i might have used some value added service, which i havn't used. I will never recommend MTS connection to my friends and relatives and i am going for AIRTEL connection which i was told it is better than MTS.

i became to start plan on 550 -10gb after activated this plan, After three days then my device have some technical problem. and i am deposit that device in service center and i lost my job seet form service center.
now mts bill 401Rs. without using by me because my device on that time in service center in one month. now available mts device in there service center. but i have no job slip, without job slip and data card bill he will not give the device.

I have sent email to cancel my MTS data card no. 8459969420 on 7th Nov 2015 after speaking to MTS customer executive in which the executive advised to send email with bill copy. I have sent multiple emails since then but has not got any response. I initiated cancellation after 4 days and have not used the services at all but still I am getting bills. Why am I getting a bill and MTS customer care executives calling me to pay the bill. Why should I pay when i have already sent multiple cancellation requests straight after receiving the product as it was not working.

My name is manish I purchased wifi data card 5 days ago bt mts executives seems mental whole staff, first they have not activated my data card and everyday I received call frm mts regarding documents. I already submitted all documents despite that now we need that this said mts executive they took 5 days to update document. i suggest don't purchased mts wifi data card.
