Had a bad experience after purchase of ductable air conditioning unit. There is leakage of air from the ducts and cooling is not enough in the rooms. When complained about it they only provide false promises to look in to it.

Hai sir, this is ramesh i want to ask to send a service person for my Blue star AC's-10 no's general servicing purpose.I am giving complaint from office (Jagathi publications Ltd-Nizamabad Telengana). In nizamabad your Blue star dealer Mr. Ramu garu is not responding to our complaints about AC's. We are trying to call him so many times,but he is not responding to us. Dealer address-SLN refrigeration-Nizamabad.Dealer phone number-9440007621. We have taken 10 AC's past 8 to 9 months back.Untill now atleast 1 servicing is not completed. New AC's also not getting cooling good because of servicing problem. Kindly solve my problem and send your skilled service person immediately to my office. I want to complete all 10 no's Air conditioners indoor and outdoor units general servicing this week only.

So tell to ramu garu to respond to our phone when we called to him. Blue star sevice is not good here. If they respond to us as early as possible its ok, but they will response to us i will give a complaint to superiors.

Dear Blue star Concern.

We have purchase 5 nos of water cooler for our manufacturing unit. But after installation we have found that there is no gas in one water cooler capacity 60/80 and that cooler has not been cool water.

We have complaint to your dealer and he is complaint to your service station but nobody is take care our complaint and they your service engineer do misbehave also. Please let me know that is blue star service…. or you are realizing us our mistake that we have purchase material of BLUE STAR.

The split a/c was bought in jun2017 & your rep has carried out first servicing in Dec 2017. Ever since i got the complaint regarding less cooling even at 18*C, no repair was carried out. I lodged the complaints as B1803310443 Dt 31 Mar 2018, B1804142081 Dt 16 Apr 2018, B1804282657 Dt 30 Apr2018.

It is quite disappointing & disheartening that inspite off calling toll free no so many times no rep/mechanic attend to the complaint. I am suffering ever since i bought the A/C. the rep from trivandrum send some new boys who doesnt have any idea of the complaint. i spoke to the manager many times but no response from his side. what is the purpose of buying a A/c if it is not working. can i expect some action from your side?

I have purchased one AC 1 tone at Salem city. Even though I informed the concern no one came for installation till the time. I shows the apathy of the customer care service.

Blue star is an waste company because the air is not coming. If we call to customer care service they are not responding. we have sometimes complained but there is no response, the waste blue star.

Its useless neither the remote works properly nor the AC, i bought it recently but there is no cooling. Dont buy it.

Our Air cooler is not working but the complain is not resolved. Since last 10 days our complain is not resolved. Service provider is taking so many pleas inspite of doing the thing.

When Quality check is there and installation done by your Authorised Service personal, AC is not working due to GAS leak .It speaks about either about the standard of the product or your quality check or installation service personal technical qualities.

Suggested to come to service after installation of 30 to 45 days to check the perfectness of the product.

I have1.5 ton inverter split AC. It has been serviced 7 times in 4 months, 2 times it was refilled. Pls change my outdoor unit. Very bad experience with Blue Star, I am not satisfied. Please change my AC again very bad experience with Blue Star.

It is seen sometime that after sales service rendering by Blue Star is very poor. I have bought an ac considering that this is a good brand & product shall be good. After buying the product, since the day of buying, no body from the company side called me up for registering warranty agreement. When I was contacted, they don't respond. My mails are unattended after one month time. And Even calls are not attended wasting 10 min on 24X7 numbers. In comparison to other brand like LG & Samsung, I would never suggest to anybody to buy this company's product. Please choose either LG or Samsung as their service network is very strong from the day of inception of contract. They used to call himself for customer satisfaction which is never taken care by bluestar & others.

I have purchased 1.5 Ton inventor Split AC during the month of April 2018 amounting to RS 50,990/-. In the month of July the main board in the out door unit was burnt. Hence it was replaced after one month in Aug 2018. The services was not utilised properly. Again the main board was burnt in the July 2019 . There are saying warrant has be completed hence yr may got replaced the part on payment basis which costs RS 11000/-. Making payment with in a year feels unhappy since was not used last properly and during the current year as the board burnt in the peak season and repaired when summer season ends. So my request is don't purchase Blue Star AC you will loss yr money. since I suffered a lot by purchasing the product.

Maine july 2019 me ek inverter ac kharida tha bhaseen brothers ki dukan se. Jisko Maine time pe service kraya uske baad bhi ac cooling nhi ker rha hai. 3-4 baar complain ker chuka hu. Sandeep refrigeration se ladke aate hai aur kabhi gas to kabhi card ki problem bta ker chale jate hai. Aur koi response nhi dete hai. Mai bluestar ki service se kafi paresan hu.

Last year we bought blue star AC from police canteen on 17.09.2020.
Served twice. AC is not working for last one month. When I called the Service center, they claimed that no one came because of Corona. They came for service today. AC has gas leak so they ask 4000 rupees and service charge 900 rupees. How can such a complaint come in a good and reliable company blue star after not even a year. This is not clarified. They aim to extort money. So we don't trust the service center want to return the AC.
