I found a Issue in Paytm website and App as well. Issue detail: " while going to make payment to credit card there is only one bank name coming in the list to be selected".

Paytm is a fraud co. Customer service care is in active all times. They did not care/bother about customer, in website phone no. are not active.

The order number(4627218804) to re-charge of Airtel mobile number (9791197512) with 199/- not done. But the amount is deducted. Please look into this. We haven't received any message to the mobile number saying that successfully recharged.
