Metro Feeder Bus Services from Sector 12 Dwarka
Please add one more Society i.e. Shree Awas Appartment (L & T) after start from Sector 12 Dwarka. If you add one more Society (L & T) in Metro Feeder route, Three more Societies i.e. IRCON, Rashtriya and L& T will be benefited by the Metro Feeder Service. There will be many passengers for Metro Feeder Buss. We shall be very thank full to you for providing Metro Feeder Service to these three Societies.
Delhi Metro Smart Card - Balance Refund
First of all their complaint website does not work: https://www.dmrcsmartcard.com/ContactUs.aspx
When I click radio button 'Submit', nothing happens. I have tried different browsers, but complaint would not submit. So I have emailed my complaint to: info@dmrc.org and helpline@dmrc.org, but have not heard back from them.
Secondly, their given helpline phone numbers do not work. When I dial 155470, it says invalid number. Their Helpline number 155370 / 011-22561231 and Board No. - 23417910/12 do not work either. How to dial 155370 from a cellular phone from outside Delhi?
