Dear service provider the jio network is very poor in my town and the jio internet speed is very slow maximum internet speed is 30 to 80 kbps so I request you please solved my problem in 48 hours.

I have recently rechargedmyth jio Number on its last expiry date 26/01/2018 at reliance digital. the moment I went there at recharge section one of the person asked me I said I came for recharge then he shown me a Boucher for 2-3 seconds pointing at 98 rupees plan saying that sir today jio has made price reductions on occasion republic day. so for 28 days plan I recharge with 98rupees so that I Will will be given 2gb data & unlimited voice calls with 100 SMS per day. now I am not given with the data after the usage of 2gb on my first day. Before this I made a call to customer care Number then I got the exact details of this plan. Now I want to change myth plan because data is necessary for me I cannot manage the things only with voice calls. Now because of these people at reliance digital I got wasted my money & time. I will go with 149 rupees plan. But I want myth 98 rupees back. This is totally ur fault the reliance digital people are made there to give right information. I expect this thing will not be repeated again. And I want to change my plan along with my 98 rupees back in my hand.

I'm facing problem in network and internet at my residence from past 15days I'm not able to use anything cause of issue in network. but before the network was going good at my place. I had no complaints of network.. but now I'm not able to do anything. I had already filed a complaint regarding Network issue but the customer care has given 60 days time to resolve the problem. But I can't can't till 60 days for this... I want this to resolve this asap.

My jio4gVoice app is suddenly offline and could not be fixed. When I uninstalled and reinstalled, it required an otp no. sent on alternate no. But the alternate no is out of service already. What I'm I suppose to do?

I'm a premium member of Jio.Now jio network is very bad in my area Kodakara, Thrissur, Kerala from last four months.So can't use your sim card from my last recharge of 70days unlimited.

It became wasted money. I am with in one kilometer air distance from Kodakara town and give complaint to the customer care three times with in two months,Unfortunately there is no change in network problem sms and I'm very sad.Please refund or postponed my recharge till the 'good network' and I think, solve the problem with rapid action.Thanks.

I have been facing a problem about daily pack of 1GB data. Everyday as soon as I switch on the jiofi3 router, data gets over without any use. This problem is started from last 2 months. kindly solve the problem.There is no help from Jio customer care service. It is useless and third class.

Sir there is problem with network even calling also no signal inside home.

I purchased a new jio sim from from jio centre on 31 St January..and I said that jio consultant to get me plan 1Gb per day , unlimited balance for 28days ..but he did wrong recharge and gave 2 GB for 28 days
Please resolve this issue , either refund my money or give me a new jio plan.
