I am the Jeo customer right from inception of Jeo Phone and working in Maa Mahamaya Inustries Ltd. located R.GPeta village, Kotavalasa Manalam, Vizianagaram Dist. from the beginning, we are facing problems due to lack of network of Jeo. Kindly rectify the same.

Jio network very slow pls solve my problem net also very slow.

In my SIM incoming call and outgoing call not working, please solve my problem.

My jio video call app is not working ,i have tried many times but it says relaunch ur app.then i did same what was said but then also it does,t work it's USELESS and customer care no. And all the jio care no. Are BULLSHIT.

I tried customer care number about half of hour only ring is going... nobody acc my call.

Problem of connectivity and coverage... Since last 15-20 days after that also the fruit I get is "no result".

My is not proper work becuase its network problem call and internet both are not work. i am very disturbed by this network. how can solve this problem please help me.

From 2 days there is no signal from jio sim.. I don't know the reason. Recharge is not yet completed there is time for it.

Dear jio administration... Net services are very poor. Net works at 2g speed instead of 4g. Customer care doesnt attends even after putting on a long hold.. pls take a look.

I am using JIO SIM last 6 month and happy with services. I wish to know if am travelling abroad , can i have whatsapp application using overseas wifi network.

I have got the JIO SIM, free of cost almost an year back. First two days, it gave me happiness that even I can use internet. BUT, no such dream came true. It works on its moods... I am literally fed up, my other SIM is Vodafone. JIO does not allow Vodafone to work at all. If you can do something for rectifying it permanently, pls do otherwise, I would rather discard it.
