My videocon refrigerator not cooling at all. Earlier it was cooling nicely but from past 10-15 days it cooling has been gradually decreasing. And now it has stopped completely. The fridge is only a year old.

No one come to repair my ac after complaint. please send your service engineer for ac repair.

I had purchased a Videocon LED 2 years back.For last two years it worked well,but from past one month a black patch was visible mid off the screen, but view was not interrupted so i didn't lodged a complaint. But 12 days ago the video was fully gone and only audio is coming. I lodged an online complaint and got message that my TV will be repaired by bla bla person. He came and told me that there was a problem with backlight and due to unavailability of spares, I will have to wait for 3-5 days. but from that day he is just keep on telling me "sir ho jayega,aa jayega"..just like that. It has been 14 days my TV had gone unserviceable. So all I wanna say is that don't go with videocon products at all. Horrible products and worst service.

I have an AC and its fan broke automatically. Complained on 12 April 17. No progress yet. No reply. You are totally careless. How can we buy other products and say to other also.

I had purchased AC in january of this year i.e 2017. leakage of water droplets are observed from head....service was done by your team, still complaint was not rectified. I send code NST to the number 9222232255..no reply msg from the above number.

Very irritating videocon service i was trying customer care number but all number are invalid... we done big mistake to purchase videocon product. My lcd tv is not working under warranty.

I would like to inform you today I register a complaint on Department of Consumer Affairs and complaint number is (906296) Because I have purchased Videocon LED (VKV40FH11CAH). Which is under warranty 13/12/2016 to 3 year. After using 1year 6 months suddenly my LED panel board is damaged. After few days I have to lodge a complaint on a date (16/6/2018) and got complaint no CHA1606180183 and response code is S55775..but some of the issue this complaint is closed. Then again I registered mine complain date is (25/6/2018) CHA2506180054 and response code is S63459. After complaining technician served to complain after 1 week checks the LED panel and find a problem. Then make details and forward to service centre and he gave me 10 to 15 day waiting period but till now we didn't get any response and we continually called to Videocon Customer care still they not giving any response and in few days they will provide me a person number and number is +917527033595 person name Sanjeev Singh this person is very much bad behavior and vulgar talk. After that, we waited 2 months and 1 week till now being passed away but I am not getting any respond & responsible person. I requested to look into the matter and obliged.

(Never purchase videocon products)

My Sansui led tv not working properly. Tv volume goes up and down automatically. Led is under warranty. I purchased led in Agra (up).

Really very pathetic services..!!
