Sir I am a retailer. Commission problem issues Sim-MNP, and JioPhone.

I use your unlimited jio calling service in my limited necessary use. My daily use is 6 hour approx. And it's my personal use. And jio calling is unlimited so I use as my necessary. So why I got messages from jio about misuse of jio calling. And warning of discontinued jio calling service. I pay for this I recharge and I used unlimited service. Not misuse. It's my personal use. So why everyday I got message about this.

Request just I want to inform you that, the Jio Recharge of Rs.399 was recharged on 6.1.2018 from Paytm, it was successful. But in my account (ie., 8660870290)jio no, incoming and outgoing is not working network is also down and data is also not working properly. I tried to call Jio Care and even visited to Jio Store, but it is not resolved. Please rectify the recharge amount and solve the problem immediately, by activating my calls/network to my Jio No. and oblige.
