Hey all,
Listen flipkart is one of the world largest worse services provider. one day I purchase a facial kit, the kit which provided by flipkart it was 2months before expiry date. While I complaint, they didn't give any response and I tried to call n times to customer, but the response which I got our will call back within 10 mins or 15mins, after some time i got msg we tried but ur not available. its 1week completed i didn't get any response.

I am Sajjad Ali I hv thrown a complaint regarding havells water heater. You people told me that u will be coming within 72 hours but it has been 10 days. But u people doesn't care about ur customer n your service is very bad. Once d product is sold from Flipkart u r least concerned about d customer. N does not give a positive response. It is very bad to hear abt that u people r not worth.

I have purchased 2 phone mi note4. Nd I get it but when I start a phone so I face a problem with one phone problem is one phone headphone jack is already displaying without connecting headphone. And i make the call any one that time speaker is already activated. I want to replace my phone and I have already send a request but my request are not fulfill and now request are cancelled. And now replacement service goes.

So what can I do. Plz tell me I want to replace my phone. I called customer service but no one talking with me every time saying all agents are busy now we have to call in 4pm but no one calling me. So plz solve my problem other wise I am decided I go to customer Court for my justice.

I have received a wired earphone of Philips on December 12, 2017. However larger, one side of my earphone disabled to work within two days. What is the point of having a Return policy but hiding the return option in such a manner that customers cannot find it? To top it all, no contact email address is available. It's pretty poor customer service.

I order an item cost of RS.11999 I paid it through internet banking on 12/12/2017 immediately I checked it in my Flipkart order cart nothing is there no order items no tracking information no message in my mail. I complained it to Flipkart customer care service,SBI customer service, and the bank manager which my bank account opened. All are telling from the higher authority they have to resolve only that blablabla some customer service from Flipkart that will be resolved after 10days, some are telling 45days. My complain ticket Id is PT9992234867164.. PLEASE kindly resolve my problem.

My return id 11101108071783580614, I spoke to your executive regarding my leeco phone return. He gave some instruction to follow. I followed his instruction, the software is already up to date, and then I gone for 2nd option for factory setting. Still the problem is not solved.

Filpkart had a good name of delivery good products to customer, I hope so, but I totally disappointed of the product which I received. Is Flipkart nowadays delivery unworthy products to customer. Kindly refund my money. I will go for other brand. I don't want leeco.

Very poor and pathetic service by flipkart and their curior partner ecart.i ordered a vacuum cleaner and got it on 2 January it was defective so I made request for replacement and I got msg that someone will come and pick ur product. i made a call to the person which no I got by msg for pickup and told him that plz come after 4 pm bcz m working he denied to come after 4 . After it I made many calls to costumer care regarding this they again again gave me time for next pickup and they told me that we have mentioned ur request for pickup after 4 pm but still that stupid ecart people denied to come after 4. when I called again to customer care they again gave me the same excuse that we made your fresh request. so from 4th January till today 22 January i am calling again and again for pickup that defective product and my refund but you people only want to torture costumer and not interested in returning our money. now I’ll wait how much time you will take to rply of my this msg.

This is regrading order No. OD111408427484461000. The delivery person is very rude and arrogant in not delivering the order at doorstep. He is asking to reach out to him and pick up the address from his showroom. Also, his words are in case you don't pickup the parcel from my place then I would cancel the order.

CC is also useless after providing the order ID they are asking me for stupid details instead of providing the resolution. CC people just copy and paste the E-MAIL instead of reading the content properly. Please hire some knowledgeable people who at least show some curtsy to read E-mail's. VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY YOU.
