My jio sim suddenly stopped working I think it is damaged I want a duplicate sim of same no how can I get . I contacted on near jio sim they told that it can be possible only when the registered person come there but it is not possible because he is out of station and come back in Feb so it cannot be possible. Suggest me any other step . jio no - 7018902127 . reg name-BHAG SINGH(father). I want another sim on same no.

I have recharged my jio number from paytm. As per the offer i am getting 8 jio vouchers in my jio account but i am not able to see those vouchers in my account. I called jio customer care they said that i have got all the vouchers by checking my jio account but i am not able to see my vouchers in my jio account. please fix my problem.

This app is telling that please connect to ji network but I have no sim card and I had recharge last week.

Hi, I am using reliance Jio internet bug last few months I am facing issue with internet speed. It's working very very slow like 2G speed . When I try to watch TV on jio TV it's always buffering. Kindly fix this issue. I am paying for 4G but getting speed of 2G level. Give me the resolution.

I have updated 5 GB plan on my jio number before 2 month but now it is not available can you tell me why is it so.

Complaining for jio customers cares

Jio customer care Employees are useless nobody can solve any kind of issue he needs always 15 days after 15 days problem is same. My issues are very simple. My ADD ON plan is Activated.but I can’t use it. when I call again customer care. he told I need more 15 days to solve this problem. Now my question is.. my ADD ON plan is expire soon. In 14 January 2018. Unless it will be okay, my plan has expired. If you are a bit worried about your custom, then do it please as soon as possible.

I got to recharge 27 November 2017 my jio sim rupes for 399.retalor said me your number recharge and next 90 days unlimited calling and data pack.now data pack is active but.my problem is that.when I got to call a particular one number.and jio company send me one msz I got to miss use the sim. I contact customer care.but I am not satisfied. why jio company get offered customer unlimited calling and data pack is fake. C*****a bana rahi ye company.

I am using a LTE Device LENEVO VIBE X3. I am making call with the help of JIO4G VOICE. But the big problem is the network goes disconnection mode during call. I am embarrassed with this.

At my location my tower operator don't open network frequency when power is off. he don't open generator to open it. so please do something about this problem. my location is budh bazar river side bhurkunda
dist-ramgarh, state-jharkhand.

I did my recharge only message transaction is showing not my data and plan And they also give me 10gb entitlement data and still it is also not showing.
