Amazon is worst service provider. My order is cancelled and reason mentioned is that the payment is declined. But I confirmed from my bank that money is debited. I tried to call customer care but could not connect. This is one of the awful service provider. Thanks.

It's been more than a month since I 'ev placed an order. Dont know WTF Amazon is doing since 1 month And if they are not able to deliver then kindly refund. Please stop calling urself customer centric bc u dont even have a number through which u can be reached out. And failed to revert to mails as well. NEVER GONNA BUY ANYTHING FROM AMAZON. I got the order on 20 no, to my surprise it were only 6 rullers at 1794 rs, where I had requested for 6boxes ( one box of 6 rullers) thro amazon; it was only when we opened the box we were surprised to see only 6 rulers,there is no amazon number ( toll free does not work), would request for refund of 5 other boxes of rulers.

What the heck is this, I am continuously mailing and calling the customer care and the customer care is frequently asking me to write down my phone number followed with # and still it's declining. I Ordered Sony Xperia go compatible Wireless Bluetooth Earphone Headphone with Mic “Amazon.in Order # 408-0442415-0129953” on 4 September 2017. When I Opened the packet what I got is "Mobicell Wireless Bluetooth Earphone Headphone with Mic" Instead of Sony Xperia.

That is why I am returning the received product to the Sealer through Indian Speed Post 23-10-17. Till Now i did not got the Refund.

I did not receive my refund yet and i m not able to contact qmazon also plzzz help me i hve called u 10-20 times i want my refund within one week. Amazon is not able to be trust about refund, i m going to complaint on media.

My jio fi password was change automatically. i.e. Before 3 days I connect my jio fi with my laptop with the help of connector but after that day when I want to connect the jio fi with laptop through wi fi - hotspot process it dosn't work. Also when I connect fi with phone through password given in box its says the password is incorrect. Please do something for my problem and I want the password because I want my fi for my work in developing application so please please I request your team to solve my problem.

I was bought airbra this product was not good quality, that's why I was returned this product but not receive my payment.

I have order for two combo pair of shoes but they have sent sneakers which is of low cost. And i am not able to contact to amazon. I have ordered shoes for winter use but it has been pathetic situation. Not happy with amazon.

I got a wrong item but showing right item in order list. I requested to return it but didn't contacted me anybody till now.

Hi, i ordered two hp backpack and on 2 dec i got delivered both hp bags. on which in 1 bag there is. damage,so i decided to return it. on 3 dec i returned bag but it is already 12 dec i didn't get my bag yet. There is no update on amazon order section about my order. my pickup tracking id was: 511394718797. Reply me as soon as possible else i have to go for consumer court for filing a case against you.
