Request for the cancellation of Fun learn channel from my account was not considered by Tata Sky. I requested them several times to cancel the subscription, but no one is listening. I am frustrated and am thinking to get another DTH service.

As my services has been transferred from Malkapur buldhana to belapur navi Mumbai, no one has moved to installed the set top box despite attending the call. so it's a bad experience with you, even today 19/6/16 I called the customer care no. I got a luke response. so it's a completely bad experience.

I had participated and won Mahamozhi onam contest conducted by Tatasky in twitter. Its been 3-4 months now still i haven't received my prize. Its really disgusting, please don't cheat like this.

Tata sky fraud with me, recharge amount rs 1550 on date 19/11/18 and dish install on 21/11/18. Customer care said you can see all HD and sd english channel but i have not found infotainment, English, hd channel, movies, travels. Nothing of my choice of channels.
