I bought a new splendor. Very awkward, Zero care and maintenance, Zero customer support.

All employee was ignoring the customer. Honda and bajaj is more effective and supportive in this case. All employee are untrained. They all trys to make the fool of customers and they make fool to customers. They dont listens to customers. My splendor is running in very bad condition. After service it is running like it is five years old in condition, engine is sounding like it's gonna burst or blast anytime

So in my case plz dont go to splendor hero just go to honda, t.v.s or bajaj, much better service good in performance excellent customer support. Plzz care to think, then buy if you want headache u can buy hero. if u want performance u can buy t.v.s.

Sir I purchased a new maestro edge zx from Raj Motors pipariya on 1st Oct 17 after 14 days it was not starting and till I am facing same problem. I have already visit twice to showroom but there is a no solution.
I requested to you please help me to get rid of form this or exchange the scooter.

I'm having karizma ZMR2015 model and my bike's battery not working. so I complained for battery at Aakash Ganga motors Rajsamand (Rajasthan). they don't have stock of battery and I'm visit this service center since 1 month but every time I'm getting same answer, wait yet not available. so pls suggest me what should I do? you know without battery it's not able to start, I need your help and support. I hope you will help me.

Good evening sir, My self Amit Jangra, I have purchased Spl+ on Dec-16 vide their Regn No HR20AG3499, from last month at once Abnormal Engine noise is coming, We have checked this Choudhary automobile Hisar, but 1st time he was not agree to accept the fault, after check the same issue by another authorized dealership at Nalwa Disst Bhiwani, after that my bike free service had done before 12 days at Choudhary auto, Today I receive call that required parts reached at dealership. But I surprise that me there is no repair estimate explain, after repaired my bike received a call from dealership that your bike is ready and bill amount Rs 450.

Why I will pay when defect is occurred due to manufacturing defect. I had already raised the complaint no request id is below 10018-1217-523 dated 24.12.17.But there is satisfactory response from any side. Two time complaint raised by me.

I have hf deluxe. I have taken bike for service in runway motors Nalagarh dusty solan. Mechanics in there didn't have any training. They only know how to make money replace old part without any reason. If you tell to rectify any problem they didn't know how to rectify. Hero should check themselves for mechanic recruitments. Never buy hero and never go for service in hero agency.

When Will you launch passion pro 110cc 2018 model in India. I am waiting for two months to buy this bike.

Today i serviced my Hero Ignitor bike in gokul hero showroom in jamnagar, gujrat. All staff misbehaving with us, Paresh bhai advisor and mechanic staff all. My bike was not serviced properly and it broke down at road after service. Fuel was missing from bike and it was having starting problem.

Dear sir,

I would like to inform you that i bought branch new Hero HF DELUXE (chassis no. MBLHAR057H4H10181) on 12 sept 2017, till the time i have followed all instruction and regular service scheduled. Since last 1 month i am facing mojor issue with engine, i.e piston damaged, it seems to some technical issue or manufacturing defect.

Despite of regular service and loyal customer @RAHAR MOTORS, ALTAWA ROAD GACHHIPURA , who is authorised dealer. I went there and i left my bike at service centre for repairing for 15 days. After the servicing of bike they told that you will drive the bike for 200 KM. After that your bike will work smoothly and you didnt got any abnormal sound but after 200 KM running of my bike i observed too much abnormal sound in bike engine.

The service centre is far from my residence and post that difficult to commute. i would like to request you to please check in depth and let me know the status. Seeking your positive response on the same.

I bought Hero HF deluxe i3S from Atmaram agency, Agra on 26 April 2018. ITs handle lock and i3s system was not working. I showed it at Hero dealership in Makhanpur, Firozabad but they are asking money for the repairs and told us to go to Agra at the same dealer where i had brought the bike.

I am very disturbed after buying this bike and their service is very bad. Any one thinking to buy Hero bikes think 1000 times after getting payment they dont care about their customers.

Sir i purchase maestro oct2016 at subham center jaipur (chassis no. MBLJF33AAG4H14666). during this period there was so many time self start problem occur. During service i was tell to service center about this every time. But till now problem was still persist.

Bike not start even with various attempt of kick many time.and i brought it by moving from 2 to 3 kilometers 3 time only during last 18 month due to not start even with kick .This is worst bike and service seen in my life.

I will suggest my relative, friends and on social media not to buy heroes vehicle because they not take responsibility of there vehicles after selling.

Yes I am facing the same problem since last week in warranty of this bike.
after the warranty no one can say and it is right that if you purchase a HERO vehicle than "Bhagwan Bachaye"
Thats all.

As per my experience and ignorance after sell from hero in matter of their service I request all to never do the same mistake to be a customer of hero motor bcz hero believes in sell only not in customer satisfaction by the service they just believe in providing headache to the customer and ball passing from one service centre to other to avoid the issue is their main moto. Really it was my biggest mistake to be the unit of such a great organization in paper only infact in real it's just reverse.

So, requested to all to think once before being customer to such organization whose moto is just to provide headache to their customer.

Hi I was purchased a splender plus bike, before 2 month. From day one I am facing the issue ( starting problem, start auto stop after running of 20-30 km, overheating, heavy noise coming from engine, Improper clutch setting. I have shown to servicing center 6 - 7 time within two months, but still problem not solved. Dear name- Mokha Auto riders, khandve Nagar, Nagar road, Pune. Pl. Look into this matter.

Very bad service. Bad vehicle, engine clutch wheel mechanics all poor.

Very bad service of hero bikes, they have not give warranty of engine and the hero engines are very bad performance, whole hero teams service is very bad.

I purchased Hero Maestro on jan2016 at amar hero Dadra Nagar haveli silvassa (chassis no. MBLJF16E8FGM02134). During this period there was so many time self start problem and engine problem occur. During service i was tell to service center about this every time but till now problem was still persist. Bike not start even with various attempt of kick and self start many time and this is worst bike and service seen in my life.

I had given my Maestro Edge bike for service and they did not resolve the issues and after that I have visited them 4 more times but they are in shortage of staff.

I have purchased hero HF deluxe on your Kolkata's show room Vinline Engineering Pvt. Ltd at Baguiati on last 15th November. My friend Mr Sanjay Dhara also purchased Hero Splendor after 15 th November But my friend Mr Sanjay's bike cf last 29th November and my bike cf last week 6th December. This showroom work very bad and bad image for hero. Please step immediately.

I purchased a maestro edge vx BS iv scooter,on 21/8/2017. The scooter has been giving problem right form the first one month. I contacted the dealer several times to sort out the matter and they finally agreed to replace the battery but i had to wait for about a month to get the replacement. Even the new battery did not work and now for past 7 days the scooter is back with the dealer again. As a result i have not been able to use the scooter for past 2 months. I have a very demanding job where i need the scooter every day.in the mean time i have spent thousands of rupees on taxi and autos,if i ask the supervisor girish p he was spoiling hero brand itself he says they have design like that only its failure model and he argue that why did u purchase the vehicle i had not told u to purchase in hero, i dont no why you keeping such a rude staff. He it self spoiling HERO name, i am a 10 years old customer for hero. Even i cant agree his words..very worst service from millennium motors and from supervisor

It is a matter of great concern. How could a company like yours offer such a poor customer service and make products of such a trash quality? If i do not get the problem sorted out with in 72 hours i will be forced to contact your head office and perhaps Mr. CEO munjal himself. You will also see a lot of dirt in the social media.
