Money is cut from my account but there is no confirmation message from your site ie irctc message why? what the hell is going on.

I was booked date 19/12/2016 Chennai Egmore to Madurai junction.while transaction time accur error coming. Tickets not booked but money deducted from my account. My transaction ID is 1014323991. So I want refund to my account immediately.

I did not get refund money for cancellation tickets, i cancelled the tickes on 13-12-2016. But the irctc status showing like returns money on 15-12-2016. my ticket transaction ID is : 100000682117481.

I had cancel a counter ticket pnr.no 6561567618 , from VSKP TO HCNR at about 10:45pm on date:-25/02/2017 through my irctc account. And as per the rules (terms & conditions) when the next day of the ticket cancelation, I deposited the original prs ticket , on the same prs counter where I had taken it, they refused to pay the refund. So I unable to got my refund. what shall I di. Plz I request you to, help me regarding the refund matter. Hope I will got my refund.

I booked a tatkal ticket. Money has been deducted from my account but ticket was not booked, trying to call on customer care no always showing busy or wrong no.

I book ticket on 11 June tatkal JLG to KOP by 11040 pnr no. 6252502910 ticket is waiting 2 not confirmed. But not till receive messages or mail of refund.

Pnr no-4337582551. but some reason i was cancelled this ticked and I got a massage that your E-ticket has been cancelled. Cancelled I'd is 100000195418963 and your cancelled amount is forward to your account. but i have not found my amount. So please return it.
