I have complain last 4 months in your customer care because internet not working in my home town but they can't resolve my problem.

I am Pratik mavinmar. My mobile number is 8668935458 and I did not get in ternate speed at my location. From last three months I have complained to your customer care 8 times about network speed. I did not get any response from them.my pack is going to expire on 9th nov. Till this date I will wait. If you not solve my problem, then we will move further to higher authority. I hope you will solve my problem.

My pin code is wrong by mistake, so I want cancel my phone.

Start of the sim on 7 /11/2017 (today) i finish my data. Why was it was closed i use only 2gb.my problem some day I don't full 4g data use and some time my data is end and my speed 2g so my problem is immediately solve.

I am using jiofi on my 3g phone but i am not able to access internet and my signal quality is too poor, which is the main reason of not accessing internet. Need possible solution.

Sir my phone is not attending any of the jio had office I have been trying for 1 week, no one raises.

This similar thing happened in my no almost 5 to 6 times & I'm really angry because of this issue, refund my data other wise I'll port my no to another company.

I recharge my Jio sim by 499 for three months but data network is not working. Also complaint customer care but no solution occurred. Resolution time is 60 days. Pls solve my data network problem. If no solution occurred I think to change network.

Before I used to trust over jio server lot but suddenly jio company it cheat me. It blocked my outgoing call and i Recharge my jio number 8368852093 before Diwali of 399. On date 10/11/2017 around 5:24 am when I called my husband number on that time I understood my outgoing call it has block.

I have to inform you that my jio plan will expire on 9 Oct 2017 but my call and internet connection will block by the company on 7 Oct 2017. so I want to refund my data and extend by 2 days.

I have to many time facing wrong data deduct problem. Today I have to recharge 499 plane and got 1 GB data renewal time. 1 o'clock and use to data 100mb after check 1/or 2 hours I have no balance in my account. Sir plz my problem solve this is 3 times problem. plz check and verify.

Jio customer care are not responding on my jio network slow data connection. I was complaint many times for these but the dont have any response. And than my call on 198 is not connecting to customer care. If you dont resolve my complaint please inform me then i will change my network other than jio.

Hi sir, I am dhinakaran this is my number (8072492704). I need to call That num 8526379722 after switched off this mobile. Then I call that number but computer voice said " currently busy at the moment " & at the same time again call that particular number said a computer voice " error "in not reachable at the moment. Called again in few seconds it now says not reachable then can at the same time few seconds said busy at the moment. so what I do sir, please analyse this problem and correct it, thank u sir.

I have not that good experience it is because before 31st march i have done 3 recharges of 303 regularly. Now they are in the queue. i have earned the profit of 1st recharge which is of 84 days but the other 2 recharges are only for 28 days. now if you compare today's 399 recharge to that 303rs. Recharge.. it is a huge loss for me because now in 399rs. Recharge there is the package of 70 days and that 2 recharges of 303 are of 28 days each.

So i want you to check my details clearly and should give my profit rights for those recharges for which i thought that they are profitable but they are not.
