I have lodge a complain on 6th November 2017 vide complain number number 1-65603203242, till date (10.11.17) no solution come out.

Pump router and nozzle problem. I coming 360 day left for return for home for no excuse.

Multiple telephonic and written complaints has been made to Guinea Motors (TATA Motors) regarding replacement and repair of Compressor, Condenser and Expansion valve of Govt Vehicle TATA Sumo Gold BR01-PG2136 but the complaint has not been entertained. kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

Help me sir plz, cooling is not working.

Tata motors no response on any complaints.

We purchase tata prime on 2014,1st tata prima vehicle in UAE. Presently the vehicle is under breakdown due to engine failure.

I called customer care about car break down, as it was not starting, after calling 3 times customer care representative hear me properly then he told me that mechanic will contact me also he will call me back to confirm mechanic call, but after 2 hours of call no body has contacted me, finally I arranged mechanic from outside, as car breakdown was inside the mumbai city then also no Tata was not providing proper help or service. Worst experience with Tata, sorry to say that.

I have taken Tata's tempoMODAL TATA ACE since then it is not working properly, every day it stops on the way, it is shown again and again in C K motors, but there is no solution for it, there is no good technical staff in C .K. motors
