I have created a customer ID on 27.102017 and the same day i submitted data recovery approval. But till date i have not received the approval mail from your end.

As per Data recovery status it's approved, and if i click resend confirmation we are getting "object reference not set to an instance of an object" error. same issue i addressed to mscustomercomplaint @accelfrontline.com, but mail delivery showing fail.

please share the confirmation mail from your end, so i will take a further steps to recover the data.
