Hi.. I am using jio sim since one year but last 3- 4 days data balance is finished very fast even I not using . 1 GB will used only in 1 hour so please solve my problem. I will contact to customer care but I have no solution.

i recharged my sim and i using internet by connecting jiofi to 2gand 3g handset but i want to connect call but i dont haven a alternate Mobile no without that how i can use these jiofi plzz reply me.

As I heard that most of the remote places as covered by jio network but mm hills (malemahadeswara hills) Karnataka's second earning place here we are suffering from network problem so sir I am requesting u that please install the network as soon as possible.

Very often Jio4Gvoice app hangs , when a call comes. I could not receive or reject a call and often it shows "offline" or "connecting". If call connects voice could not heard clearly.

Dear Sir,
My name is Rajender Sharma. I am writing from Jagat puri Delhi-110051, Delhi-110051. I have port my Number (9013550206) from Vodafone to Jio. but my number is still not working at my home as there is no network. From porting, I have been facing Network Issues. My network Speed has Dropped to 10kbps and I can't contact customer care. When I try to contact it always puts me on hold for 30 minutes and I still can't contact JIO advisors. Please resolve my problem. because i can't make any call to any one at home where i live. therefore, the only one request you to don't ignore my problem please take necessary action for the same.

I m regular Jio customer user. Nowadays Jio network is very poor in my locality. Talking noise quality n data network has become worse.so please solve it or I will be off from it service. Waiting for it help.

I have been getting notifications on mail about a number that is not mine. I have written at jio care but they don't bother to respond!

I registered complaint for my jio no. That voice calls and data is closed in my no. The customer care suggested me to change the sim card at service centre I did the same. still my problem was not solved. Then I again called the customer care for the same issue. They suggested me for changing the mobile set. I did the same but in vain. then I again called them, one guy told me it is the network problem other told me to recharge by 33, other by 11, other by 50. I got confused that from the same company to whom I believed the most and I got the silly answers. Finally I paid 376 and got get rid from problem.

Now my complaint is that why I was asked to change the sim and phone. it took me Rs 1000 without any result. I request that I should be given the expenditure I suffered from the your staff. I suffered for almost one week and i had to take loose money and material.

Hi, I'm purchased jio WiFi devise last month 15/10/17. 2nd day return back the devise to khandsha rode Gurgoan care center. due to the devise is not working. Today i pick this devise this not repulsed it is repaired But I shown the inside IMEI no & password are deferent box and devise. They are nobody given proper reply. Your customerr care witch no is working I don't no. Thanks 4 if reply this mail.

I have received Jio-phone purchase msg. after l am go to store and not stock available in your jio store in reliance mart.

I am fed up of your management of delivery system, you have declared that jio phone will delivered before Diwali, but I have not got any confirmed delivery date, but false commitment five times. write a massage with confirm date and store for delivery in Gorakhpur. Phone 8896193932 and PIN 273013.

I got the message to collect my booked jio from sundernagar. When I reached their the person in my jio shop has refused to handover the jio set to me and told me that he has only one and will give to his friend in evening. I told him that I came from very far distance kindly give it to me because I have reached first. At last after lot of requests he take the phone from the store and activate that with my aadhar number. But he did not give me the bill and warranty card and misbehaved with me. Kindly take strict action against him.

As per committment of jio that the 1500/-Rupees phone will be provided with Jio Media Cable by which one can all tv channels will be displaye on CRT tv. But afterward, the jio declared that the cable will be purchased by customer with his own after. But still the jio media cable is not available in jio store or online commercial stores. My reason to purchase the jio feature phone was just to see the tv channels on CRT Tv. The Jio should make cable available on the spot in the market & be loyal with his customers.

Actually I do 3 times recharge on my 7989605296. i got three time failure of recharge, so that why try to three times of recharge after 30 mints I got successful recharge message to my phone. so i can lose 1000 rupees of my money. so request u to plz send my money. At least transfer the money to my reliance big tv card.

I continuously take's followup from last 2 month for converting my normal calling number to Demo number... Still I did not got any result from you. I think this is a very rubbish quality service from your end. Sir if you not capable to doing the work please inform me respactly. I will follow my own ways throw proper channel... Bcoz I suffering lot of in my daily business if you haven't any sense of this.

Last 5 days I tried to recharge my jio number with using paytm app, free charge app, mobikwik app, jio.com but it was failed (unsuccessful). Plz rectify the problem as early as possible.

Hello sir/madam, I T.NABIRASOOL am facing signal problems. i am not getting enough signal, so will u plz help me by providing any device to improve signals of jio like antena or any other device witch will improve enough signals in my location. thank you.

I have a network problem with my jio sum and already complained but it didn't solved.. No incoming outgoing calls and no internet.. Please solve it soon. Since 2weeks problem is unsolved, so plz extend my offer. I'm getting loss of money since I recharged it.
