Hi team, I had order washing machine n want to know the status from the day I ordered to clarify whether the purchased product amount converted into EMI or not but Iam unable to reach customer care. If possible share the correct contact number on Web sites don't mention incorrect number n don't make us fool.

You people dont talk with customers on your toll free number and product delivery is also very bad. Do not send orders with Indian Post as they dont update their system nor they deliver the items on time.

I had bought one plus 5 mobile phone using hdfc debit card but I did not get any confirmation mail. my order id is-404-4605146-8118719. customer care is not responding my problem.

I have ordered from Ashish Digiexpress.. My delivery date was 15-Sep and today is 17- Oct, I didn't receive my item till now, I tried contacting the seller so many times and I tried contacting Amazon as well, but there was no response from both the end, this experience was very embarrassing for me.

I have ordered vide order No. 404-4673158-9479532 dated 17.1.2017. The amazon agent has not delivered till date. As per amazon order details, the same item was returned by me this is not correct. It seems that amazon agent fulfill the formalities on their level. Please supply the same at ordered value.

I ordered a scotch brite scrub pad of rupees 25 on advance payment but i received exo scrub pad which value is 10 rupees. if i return it i get no profit to buy it from amazon because i had to pay extra charge.

I am tried calling amazon on all numbers however could not reached to them. This is pathetic service.

At CC I called up regarding my delivery. Inspite of telling my complete delivery address didn’t help me out. Persistently kept on saying address not matching so can’t help me. Don’t know whether it was system fault or just fail to understand, not at all helpful. I just wanted to convey him to deliver my order before 4 pm but he didn’t listen to me and kept on repeating the same line. What kind of people are you hiring at CC is really pathetic.
