Sir, I am Nazir Hussain, I purchased the products from mi store and I have attached the awb/ tracking number and order number of those shipments which are illegally returning by the Delhivery courier at Dimapur khermal Nagaland & Guwahati based courier. I did not cancel the order. Why they are returning? I need the items.

Its Going beyond of my hand as the ''Delhivery courier in dimapur are returning all those shipments'' whereas I never cancelled the orders nor do I said to return, I asked them to hold for 3 to 5 days. I want all the parcels, the name includes ' victor frankenstein, albert einstin, nazir Hussain''. All those shipments have been shipped by 'Delhivery Courier'' I requested them to hold the products for 3-to 5 days but seems their Guwahati's and delhi's department has asked those parcels to return.

The Delhivery office at khermal Dimapur are illogically returning the shipments which I ordered. I need resolution, Why they updating fake status, Is this the service they are providing? they simply said that Guwahati and Delhi based Delhivery office has asked them to Return my shipments which I believed to be a blatant lie.

But I want all the parcels, kindly do the needful. I need complete resolution, The products are very very important to me, I will not stop commenting unless I get my products, I will comment in all websites including consumer court, I need the item, kindly email delhivery to re attempt the delivery. I hereby enclose all the Tracking numbers & order numbers.

I have recently purchased Red Mi Note 4 after 5 month mobile getting heating too. i dont how i stop it, pls help me to sort out this. if anything happened where i will go for service center, if blast warranty is applicable.

Mi is a very good company .For some small reason people dont believe on mi.Please rectify that problem so that people can highly increse their faith on mi.

Explain my problem below (i have redmi 3s prime 32 GB RAM 4GB ROM). I am purching a morpho biometric device on the month of september and the device works properly. but suddenly after one month my device not works good and i got the 2 message "YOUR SMART PHONE DOES NOT MEET MINIMUM REQUIREMENT OF UIDAI. PLEASE TRY SOME OTHER HANDSET"and "DEVICE NOT READY, PLEASE RECONNECT AND WAIT FOR FEW SECONDS" but in that time the biometric device works good on other devices. i am attaching a snapshot for ur reference but customer support and service center raise their hand and says that they cant do any help. That device works in 6000 rupees moto set but not works in 10000 mi set its not fair.

So please solve my problem as soon as possible.other wise u have lost one more customer faith (we know one customer faith does not matter for u business, but customer know the value of money of 10000, There is like a drop of water cant do anything of the sea).

I bought a REDMI NOTE 4 (black, 64 GB) mobile phone from Flipkart on 08/10/2017. I like the features of the mobile phone. But 29/10/2017 the mobile phone dropped on the floor and broke the main glass (LCD) instead of the tampered glass. Actually I thought that all the glasses of the all SMART phones were GORILLA glass, but REDMI NOTE 4 glass (LCD) is not GORILLA. And I was wrong. Why didn't REDMI NOTE 4 give the GORILLA glass?

When I went to the REDMI service center to get the mobile phone repaired I found some problems. The problems is they charged 4400/ including GST. But when I talked to the customer care I came to know that the amount is 2499/ and the service center will charged extra repairing charged. At last the service center charged 3360/ for repairing the mobile phone.

Xiaomi India cheated me. They sent me the Second Hand device in a very poor condition so at the same time I made a complaint to the customer care of Xiaomi India. I sent them so many Mails regarding this along with the pictures of the mobile.

But I was told by Xiaomi Team to keep the mobile in the same condition and if I have any kind of issues in the future then they will assist me. But after 2 months when the issue became major, so I wrote to Xiaomi Team. And after some time they replied me that it is liquid damage so they can't repair it or they don't send me the another device.

I wrote them hundreds of emails but they are making me fool. I am having their all mails.

When I got the device. I made a complaint in Xiaomi India costumer care and I also sent them so many mails but I was told that it is looking like second hand but this is good product. Even I sent the mails to all Xiaomi Team in India as well in China also but nobody is not assisting me.

You can't cheat me like this.

After sending me a SECOND HAND device now you people are not considering my mobile under warranty and on the contrary you people are blaming on me that it is water damaged.

You people don't have good coordination with each other in your team. Some say something and some say something else because of this I have been suffering since last 1year.

Now I have decided to raise this issue at a very higher level.

I am buying redmi4 3gb ram modal mi anniversary sell but my cashback not refunded my account. My order number 5170720998106870.

Yesterday night i was browsing internet after that i went to bed i kept my phone beside the pillow. And today morning went i woke up my phone was not getting switch on. So, I went to Mi service center chennai ashok nagar near LG electronics after going there am so dissappointed with the service they have not even replying my question i was standing for till hour or half and hour and i was keep saying excuse me can you help me but no response. But atlast by force i call them and told my problem but they simply said that it will cost 8000 rupees because water went inside the CPU or something like Mother code got damage. And after that again they were busy on other service after that i told them to give customer number. they did not give any job number also to rectify my problem. I just want this problem to be rectify.

I call customer number and he give me reference no 171104-016814 and my IMIE no is1 863194034212289 and the second IMIE no is 863194034212297.

My new phone Redmi 4... Why does the phone switch off show even after my phone is networked?

I had bought redmi3 8 months ago. It worked well for months but suddenly it stopped booting. I handed phone set to the dealer from where I had bought. Phone screen is blinking severally with 2 sec duration. It's not unlocking, several attempts I made by switching off or restarting. The phone had arrived in evening 4pm on 7 November and this problem has started from morning 9am 8 November. Not even 24 hours have been completed while the phone was working properly. I want your help as quick as possible. You can help me by replacement or by repairing the cellphone. Please help

I'm disappointed with ur services. While I was traveling in bus, phone's screen which was in my pocket was cracked automatically n it bends for back. Due to that bending of phone the screen breakes. I want u to take an action regarding it. Replace my phone with another phone of same set or cure the damages of my phone. Please take an action as soon as possible.

I request to all consumers, plz do not purchase mobile from mi.com bcz if there is any problem arise in phone the mi customer service will not replace it. They takes much more time to resolve the matter. plz purchase from other ecommerce like Flipkart and Amazon. Bcz they provide easy refund and replacement service in short duration of time. Money will not refunded if you purchase from mi.com.

I bought a new redmi note 3 on 27-12-2016, but in agust month charging problem arrived then we went to local Hospet service center, it has been cleared on 16-08-2017. Again battery problem arrived then we went hospet service center they told that " this service issue is logged in Bellary, So we cant do any thing" actually i did'nt give the set in Bellary, how they logged in bellary service center.

So kindly rectify and confirm the issue. due to my phone battery back up not healthy. So kindly do the needful.
