I ordered moto g5 and delivery date is today... but i cant get my phone delivered. i dont know what is the issue of flipkart delivery services... but its true that flipkart is downgrading its delivery service. i never expected these type of issues from flipkart. hope flipkart will do something in favour of it.

Delivery is delaying, contacted custmor care they gave number of delivery promises​ dates (18th oct, 19th oct, 20th and 21st). I got a call asking me to cancel the product and order again with current price (without offer price).

I ordered Samsung Led tv(Order number-OD110301666275568000) on (23rd of September) and it was delivered on (5th of October), but the Tv was broken.

Requested for replacement on (6th of October).I called flipkart customer care, they informed me that technician has not updated the status and once it is done item will be replaced. I received a call from Samsung Customer care asking about the details of the product. On 6th of October when the people for Installation and demo came and opened the package, it was broken, so they have updated the status, and no need of technician visit, they provided me the reference number that I can share with flipkart. I gave a call to flipkart cc again, the executive told me that the status was updated by technician, my product has been packed and ready and I will be receiving the product by 30th of October.

Next time I called flipkart again, to know the status and ask if the delivery can be made earlier that too this time at my doorstep (unlike last time). I was told no need worry and it will be delivered at my doorstep that too 30th is the maximum date, I will be receiving it before that. But my order status was still on "ordered" state only, I again called flipkart on 18th of october, this time the executive tells me that there is no update from the technician. Then till date what was I told, and can I do in this!!?. I was dropped a regret message and mail that they will gat back to me by 21st of october. I got a call and again it is being told that the technician visit is not yet done it will be by 6th of november. But in my order status it shows that the delivery will be by 30th october and installation and demo by 6th november. I asked her to check the same, and even asked her if I can provide her the reference number for checking the details of technician updated status, but my phone was disconnected and I again received a regret message and mail to give time up to 23rd october.

It has crossed all limits of patience, is this the service so called as best customer care service provided by flipkart. I regret my decision of shopping from Flipkart, I am only receiving regret mails and messages. I request you to resolve my issue as soon as possible. and replace the damaged product.

I ordered two nos headset from in Flipkart from same seller but I received only one number and in my account it's showing two numbers delivered.

I ordered a mobile phone named Lenovo K8 plus they gave me delivery late and then my phone's double touch was not workout then I issued for replacement after that the technician visited and checked my phone my and he saw the problem​ and reset my phone. Then also the problem was not solved and the Flipkart customer care said me that the issue is resolved but my phone still having the problems which was already there. but they tell that my issue is resolved and my phone won't be replace now, this is bullshit.

I ordered for trimmer make bright model 1020 but wrong item was delivered. I returned the same. But again wrong item of different make was supplied. I retained the same due to compulsion. From the very day trimmer is not working properly. Therefore the same be replaced with the ordered given item.

Product received on 19th october and we received a message and mail regarding installation, on 20/10/17. i received a call from jeeves service centre to confirm the installation and address then i mentioned my installation address where i have to install and it is different from delivery address as it is my working address. so service centre representative updated the new or changed installation address and the will install on or before 23rd october. then i called to flipkart care and explained the conversation with service centre and flipkart representative also confirmed as installation will be done on or before 24/10/17 and then on 22/10/17 at 11.30am/1.30 pm. i got a call from jeeves service centre and asked me to confirm the address to install and i confirmed address and requested to do the installation as early as possible and he promised me as it will be done on monday (23/10/17).

After that i got installation cancellation message from service centre or flipkart with a contact number, so i contacted on that number and it was jeeves service centre number and they said that installation cancelled by flipkart so contact flipkart care. so then i contacted flip kart care and i shared all the conversations, by that the representative said sorry and pleased me for inconvenience and miss communication and requested to reconfirm the installation address which is different from deliver address and once again i stated location address and then i got a message as it will be resolved on or before 25/10/17, but it is not resolved till now. Later i got a phone calls from flipkart care and jeeves care to reconfirm installation address and they also assured me as it will be 100% completed on or before 25/10/17. But not done till now.

Now at 11.30 am i got another call from flipkart as it will be completed with in 7 working days from new request raised on 22/10/17 an new date to complete installation is 30th or 31 st of october 17. i asked and requested for an early installation but representative surely denied as it will be done only with in 7 working days. Then i stated the previous conversations and assures or promises given by flipkart or jeeves care representatives who contacted me and all calls are incoming from them as i was not called or contacted but they called or contacted me regularly about installation. then representative named sunitha from flipkart care head office assumes that the previous promises or assurances or false given by them (representatives) without out knowing conditions.

But because of their false assurances or promises we awaiting at home by taking half days or leave from our work till from 23/10/17 to 25/10/17 as it was the promising period, and now they changed to on or before 30/10/17 stating that installation address is changed but i changed once and final on 20/10/17 and later i never changed. hence for their convenience they cancelled for 2 times and talking about conditions. so here i also wanted to take actions on representatives who gave false assurance or promises. Finally i wanted my installation to be done as early as possible as for also i have some faith on flipkart service.

I got a SMS for delivery 19th or 20th oct.but that is not delivered.then i cal in customer care he says your package is delivered on 26th oct. & i got a sms your package being returned as i have cancelled my order, but i haven't send any request for cancellation of the order and customer care executive says your product is return at warehouse and he is not deliver. i am not satisfied with your services & i was purchase any product form flipkart but now i will not purchase any product in future because i lost other offer for this product.

I had ordered A redmi note 4 order I'd OD110510730838655000 on 17/10/2017. Which is going to deliver on 28/10/2017 but today I got a Call from, 9837128236. That guy told me that My order is out of stock So that it Will be delay for 15 to 20 days. This is very bad I am waiting this phone from 11 days.

I ordered oppo f3 plus and product was about to get delivered on or before 30 October but today on 29 October I received a message that order has been cancelled stating that order has been rejected by customer on 25 October at 10.30 AM however no one has came to deliver the product.
