I had ordered for Johnson & Johnson Onetouch Ultra 50 Test Strips Glucometer on 22/08/207 and I had paid Rs. 1249/= and the order was confirmed. The expected date of delivery was indicated as 29/08/2017. I had tracked the status of my order and to my great surprise I find that the product was returned, without any such request from my side.

I apprehend that there is something radically wrong with your system, causing much annoyance and unnecessary tension. I would request you to see to it that the above item is delivered to me positively within a week.

I have ordered for 3 women kurthas on 10-9-17, i didn't received the sizes which i have ordered for,
I ordered 3xl I received xxl
I ordered xxl I received one xl
The stupid service i have not even expected from such a huge organisation, people cant trust u again and any more.

I would like to let you know that my recent order has been cancelled by you automatically and said as your systems have observed a trend in my purchase history that suggests that the items I have purchased are for reselling and not for personal use.

How can I ensure you that I am not a seller. I purchase phone one for my wife and another one for my colleague. Since they both are not aware much about online purchase and they both are not in possession of a SBI Bank ATM. So that's the only reason for purchasing.

On 23sep I ordered some item msg come delivery date3rd Oct, but 27sep flipkart msg me ur cart is already returned. i am shock how it possible. please suggest me urgently, after some hours no one can respond any call or mail reply with us.i hope flipkart is very bad service.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I placed an order for LED bulbs 9w Philips. One LED bulb was not working and I informed the customer care immediately. But at the time of return they asked me for boxes which I disposed once I received an order.

They insisted on Boxes rather on product which is strange. Every product is under warranty for an year so flip card wants there customer to keep the box trash for a year as a Junk in our houses.

It’s a malpractices by flip card will going to raise this issue to consumer care and other media groups. It’s a shit online portal full of cheaters. Will never advice any one to buy online from your portal.

I have booked one mobile phone ( K-8 Note) during the sell period on 28-09-2017, The payment has been deducted but the booking could not be confirmed. since than I am trying to reach the flipkart team through-Mail or Through the toll free number but of no use. I am still waiting for my refund.

Brother Flipkart also do fraud with me. They sent me a iphone 6 when but not receive me. they say pin code miss match but order reach same pincode number(363641)morbi and not any phone call me. My order cancelled. Everyone fraud in flipkart. Don't buy from this site. Amazon is best online service.

I am writing with regards to a very unfortunate telephone conversation I had just now with one of your customer service representatives. I called with regards to support with an order that has been placed by my husband and your representative was unwilling to help me, until I provided the telephone number with which the order was placed. As was a number that I did not have handy (I don't have all the telephone numbers memorized), he was unwilling to help me, even with name, and order number that I had. I asked to speak to a supervisor to see if they could come up with a different way to help me and he was also unwilling to put me through to any supervisor. I am quite disappointed in his demeanour and attitude, as we have always had a good experience with flipkart and I did not expect this sort of attitude from one of your representatives.

I appreciate your assistance in training your representatives to help customers to the best of their ability - there must be other means by which you can confirm my identity ... a telephone number alone can be given by any other person not related to us and you would accept that over all the information I had and was willing to provide him.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This is very disgusting to tell u that I have ordered MiA1 mobile in gold color on 13th Oct midnight n it was delivered to me by 16th Oct but in rose gold color, n when I thought to replace it, I requested the company for replacement of this item with black color, then they mentioned that it is not possible to replace this order with black colour, n they revert me that it will be only deliver by 24 th Oct. Wow wht a policy this company have.

I was order Philips trimmer on sunday, delivery boy contacted me on Tuesday but I'm unable to receive order on that day, he told me I'll contact next day to give that order to me,still he didn't contact me, pls deliver as soon as possible.

Refund amount, product was received in damaged condition. I have already complained and asked for return of amount but i only keep getting promises.
