Mobile screen is damaged and no return option on my amazon id. My contact no 9467956668.

Order no. (407-3981483-7309959), so my project not received in time period. So plz resend my product.

It's really heartening to state your customer support personnel Ms Swetha dosent have courtesy to acknowledge the issues faced by the concern raised. The response was very idiotic and below the standards
Sorry to say but if it was me I would have give a warning slip to the afore said employee of Amazon.in.

A Amazon delivery boy threatened me when I ask for my shipment. Reason, becomes he sold my shipment to someone else and told me nothing is going to be happened because you are buying online product. And the interesting part is AMAZON CUSTOMER CARE GUY ADVISED ME TO ORDER ANOTHER SHIPMENT (which is a mi phone).

So, Dear sir tell me how can I get through this.

My son, Soubhik Chanda ordered a Redmi4 mobile through online on 5.9.17 & the amount of Rs.8998.00 has been deducted from my account No622xx7093 on the same day but you said the amount not transacted and I complained to the SBI but they informed today on 11.09.17 that the transaction already done. The company has supplied the Mobile on cash on transaction on 10.09.17. It is a fraud/cheat business inspite of received actual amount Why You would accept the amount again? Please do the needful or legal action may taken by me. ATM transaction No.ju5636864543 dt.5/9/17.

I'm trying your toll free number, but it's connect. Order no. 408-5161983-3038730, order dated 10.09.2017.

Wrong and defective piece of phone I got but didn't replaced yet. I placed order on 1sep I received on 4th Sep on the same day I requested for replacement but funny thing is that courier boy came twice repeated days with missing phone imei number on box.

I paid the money for the phone instead of this the handed me wrong phone how would I accept. I don't want anything from your site want my money back time has no value 4 you guys.

How can you update order status delivered before it is actually delivered? And 4 ur kind information let me tell you this is not the first time last time also you people have updated delivery status as delivered but the product is yet not delivered. Very poor service from Amazon India. Also, the customer care toll-free number is useless. It is asking me to enter the mobile number and after entering the mobile number it, again and again, asked to enter the mobile number.

We have purchased from amazon water heater of Crompton slim type which after installation and two days working all started bursting. when we lodged complaint to crompton they came promptly checked say it requires total replacement where do why should such product in the list. My order was end June recd mid July, installed august, Kindly replace with new one immediately.

I have ordered and item twice and have paid twice. So i need refund of one item and cancellation of that item.

I Ann trying to connect customer care but it was referring amazon website and automatically disconnecting. I want call back immediately for delivery of product to wrong person.
