Very bad experience after booking. Booked vehicle, Ford Eco Sport on 21-08-2015 by depositing Rs. 50000/- (fifty thousand only) committed by Ford Ambala (Haryana) dealership to deliver the vehicle on 04-09-2015 (via email) but till date no vehicle delivered to me.

Completely fed up from Ford........ Bound to take legal action and promise that neither me nor my any friend or near and dear will go for the Ford car in future. Manoj ---- 9897491897.

My name is Samrat Pradip Jadhav from Narayangaon tal- junner dis - Pune - 410504.

I under the name of Destinasia travels purchase a ford Figo aspire1.5 in Dec 2016 on loan from Saisakshi Abhikaran Motors Pune Wakad. After which I was asked to get the car delivered and simultaneously I was asked to submit few of my documents, which I did. But unfortunately every time I approached them regarding the registration of the car they demanded me more doc along with the demand drafting for choice number Mh14GD2811 for Rs4500 which I have submitted a long long time ago, every time I visited or contacted the responsible authorities. Plus I have a refund of around Rs15000 pending with them which I have not yet received.

After taking a strong followup I was assured to get the car registered in the month of April but giving some excuse they did not help me after requesting em many times. After which the showroom was closed completely, so now I am completely helpless. Tried to get in touch with the showroom authorities even miss Anju Banwani director of Saisakshi Abhikaran Motors. She did not respond properly saying I did not sell you the car. Go and do what ever you want. So as all the EMI of the car are not paid the bank is after me to pay the EMI which I cannot as I got the car for business. I could not do any business using the car as it is unregistered. So I feel ford India is completely responsible for the scam as for choosing and not keeping the track of the distributors and what exactly they are doing with the valuable customers who don't look at the dealer before buying a card but it's a brand called Ford for which they go.

And now I'm left nowhere. I am getting harassed due to which i m frustrated and feels like doing a suicide because of getting harassed. May be very soon I will have to get all the details to the media and television. So I would strongly appreciate if Ford India helps me out of this as soon as possible.
