I'm going to the service center from last 3 time but they are not give the right information about my gionee f103pro, the problem in hand set is switched off suddenly and not open and charge very slowly, after giving all the information regarding problem still they (service center) are not solving my problem, such a irresponsible person they are.

We were facing some problem with the hob of your company , so we have contacted at customer care . They told us that technician will reach within 24 to48 hours but after 72 hours , we have not received any technical person. We have called several times at customer care but hv not received any positive response yet. This is my worst experience with such a reputed company. If u have Any after salespeople, pls respond at my problem. My registered mob no is 9887978562.

The staff in Gionee service centre were fighting with me about the warranty. The phone is one month old bought from USA. Plz take action against the service centre.

I bought my Gionee F103 PRO. On 1 Oct 2016. And after 7 days. Its Motherboard changed by service centre. But after that its battery problem happened again and they do not replace my battery. They starting update and update 3-4 times. Today my battery does not work properly and the staff said.. Ur battery warranty expired, How? When i went to service center then my battery is under warranty. At that time they only update my phone not replace my battery. I am a student and i have not at all any money for purchasing battery. I want my new battery without giving any payment.

Firstly tell you one thing that your service provider is very bad. I gave him my phone f103pro on 7sep with heating problem. He ask that I want 4day, I say OK after then when I asked about phone he asked that he wants more time. Today he asked for 15 minutes but in 15mins he changed my screen and say it's done. But my problems are as it is. He broken my phone but he don't ask any thing about it. Now what I do against him. Suggest me. 9169612077.

Videos and images are not downloading. Whenever I try to download an video it doesn't supports and if I download an image it gives an error as “the file you picked was not a photo” please reply the earliest.

I used gionee a1 since last 6 months but two weeks above my phone works slow and hang some times Im questioned in the user feedback but I won't receive any feedback from you.

I had earlier placed an order of gionee F103 pro charger and have received it today. But they have refused to accept my handset 's charging point saying that it is against the company policy. It seems that they are harassing the customers and not taking our handsets for servicing. It becomes quite troublesome for the customers to leave behind their jobs and run to the service centre on a daily basis. I am annoyed why they did not take for servicing on the same day just because of the delivery of the charger on the same day.

Hi, I have Gionee A1 handset, but when I purchased I have main two problems continue, so many times I gone to the service center but the do temporarily solutions, after some days same problems come out, please give permanent solutions to customers, this is wrong, so please do permanent solutions.

Gionee P7 has switched off automatically while using internet and is not restarting. Plz help.

I'm unsatisfied because i'm given my handset your authorised service station 3 times but my problem assistive. So bad service you given to customers.

I am having gionee a1 lite phone i buyed it 4 month before. I will do case on your company and u have to pay me for that. And i will not exchange this phone becz i dont want any gionnee model its the worst company ever i want my money back. This phone is working automatically. Sensors are not working properly. It is having too much heating problem. And whenever am calling to anyone it automatically goes on loud speaker so horribke phone and am warning u all that plsss buy any phone bt not the gioneee i hate u gioneee nd wait i will call on your coustomer care tomorrow nd i will go to customer care also nd u have to give me my money back my 12000 back.

I have purchase new mobile gionee S + but some software problem in the mobile. so photo not save I told to company but new mobile not replace after that it was repair. again some back key not work properly then told that screen guard problem. .I use 16 gb memory card two times but both card was damage by phone after that two times charging point change after that service center not repair mobile that spare part not available by company.

I was cheated by gionee company that defective pieces give to me and one year only repair and after that told that we closed the model but it was sell in online on flipkart.

I get Gionee M7 power model mobile but it's display was broken. I given to Salem Gionee service center. they says it will takes 2 week to complete but Now 40 days completed yet display stock not arrived. now my insurance also gone....well very poor customer services.

This is to infrom you that i had submitted mobile a1 on date 7 aug 2018 at your service centre ruchi complex alambag lucknow, Kanpur road, complaint no 18800015764 but since 2 month the mobile has not been repaired. The service centre employee is making excuses every time when I call them and told you take your mobile our centre and go to another centre lucknow I am fed up with service kindly solve the problem as soon as possible or I will take the strict action.

Dear company, my name is aadars kumar my ragistered mobile no is 8423650570. my problem is PCB related but service center head mr hemant (9919407072) say part not here. so your phone approved DOA but dealer and distributor has no gioneex1 or any model phone so service center head say hement your phone received delhi head office. but my problem is not resolve and am harass and irritate. your asm ashok(9831626410) is very irresponsible person and has not any satisfied answer only 1week time again and again from service center i am not satisfied.

Dear company please my phone change or my mobile cust give me. if my phone not changed so i am go to upbhokta forum.

Service center does not repair in 40 days and make fool customer. company Asm Ajay sir also abused to customer. then I decided go to consumer court. I appeal to all the person not purchased Gionee mobile.
