Dear Clear trip members today an amount of 9300 for the ticket Delhi to jammu has been deducted frm my account but neither the ID nor the ticket was made for me by U people.

I had Booked flight ticket from Hyderabad to visakhapatnam, date of 27-08-17, but I have not received ticket details, but payment was debited from my account, and credit to clear trip. If flight ticket will be confirmed, no issue, other wise please refund my amount immediately.

I tried booking flight ticket from New Delhi to Dimapur on 29/08/17.Amount Rs.18,470/- was deducted from my Baroda Bank account but I did not receive any confirmation mail, trip ID and confirmed ticket. I also tried to contact on toll free customer care no. but I don't have any trip id so i am unable to lodge my complaint. My contact no. is 7406098329. Kindly respond at the earliest.

As per PNR SEFWST & Trip ID - 17072239784, I paid Rs. 6,664. Now, I received a Indigo Tax Invoice No. TN1BA5571520171807, that shows amount received as Rs. 6464.00. So, what is this Rs. 200/- excess charged? May I get an explanation or refund? Thanks in Advance.

Amount has been deducted from my account, but booking has failed. Now when you guys dont have phone support with having a valid trip id, how am I supposed to contact u ppl. Meanwhile fare has increased for the same flight now tell me who is going the bear the extra amount.

I booked a flight from mumbai to dehradun and on entering the otp it said that the session had expired. so i booked again. this time the booking went through. now i see two tickets booked in the same flight. the customer care number keeps saying trip id not recongnised and keeps cutting off. Is there any way of speaking to a customer care person. This is really frustrating.

I just made a payment for train reservation from una himachal to delhi. The amount was deducted from my oriental bank of commerce account but there was no booking confirmation message. I tried booking tkt in name of Ms Ajini A Varghese from DEL to COK on 17/1017. Amt Rs.10419/- was transferred to Cleartrip Private Limited from my SBI Internet Banking -Ref. CCAEJ2AQB569IGACFCKDV0 but booking was not communicated. Hence, I had to book another ticket through you only & had undertaken the journey. Please do let me know about return of the said amount of Rs.10,419/- and how much time it would take to settle the matter.
