Good afternoon, I have some problem with internet connection in my surrounding area, I complaint to Jio customer care, He told me that, sorry to say this sir, this problem is extends upto 60 days. So give me the solution for this.

I have buy 2 months ago jio sim but no jio coverage.

My Jio No. is 8042767822 thinking my recharge last date is over (last 4th August to 26th August I was at Europe) On 26th. August,17 I have recharged Rs. 399/- for 84 days. But from last night it was found my network is not working. It is learnt from your Thakurpukur Store that my last recharge is working from 15th of September, to make active my last recharge I have to talk with you but sorry to say more than 50 times I have tried to contact with you but failed. Please activate my recharge at an early date. Tomorrow morning I have to visit Nagpur where urgently I need my network system. My other phone no. is 9831226725 or 9013312886.

Disgraceful attitude of your jio retail situated at no. 10 market Bhopal. Extremely non cooperative.

I got a new jio sim and used the free 4G service but after 6 days now my sim was not working. No calls and internet only no service will be provided my 2G data pack was finished after that my sim was also not working in my area. I request to disconnect my service and send my money.
