However with regret I have to email the complaint that
(1)with immediate effect the connecting horizontal rod has bent
(2) when the hand lever is released the Rod doesn't go back automatically/softly and has to be pushing to its original position

we purchased the said hardware from Ashok &Co yusaf Sarah New Delhi. what's the most noteworthy is non functioning of your 24×7 helpline, which I'm have been trying for contact for days. I request u to depute engineers to assess the problems and replace the defective hardware immediately.

I had Hettich telescopic drawer slides installed in my kitchen, but few of them had manufacturing defects. They are stuck and its difficult opening the drawers.

Person came from company through distributor did not even bother to touch thr drawers in question & respond that rust is not an issue, go for new one. Our complain through email was discarded without any response. Not interested for hettich product in future. Thanks for such a service.

All products purchased of hettich got rust. As we have purchased the said products due to its quality and company always provide support for its product.

My kitchen drawers and sliding doors of my wardrobe are both riddled with problems and need help. I have logged service request CM-60563 by dialing your toll free number for the same. The complaint is logged in my wife's name : Teja Manakame

Everytime I follow up, I am told the Technician shall visit us tomorrow but he never does. We are based in Bangalore and seek your intervention.

I had bought drawer channel from local leader but it breakers after 2-3 times use call me at 7009750116 and change the channel asap.
