This is regarding my purchase of Moto e 4 plus mobile handset. My first purchase was covered under
invoice FAABKQ1800530670. After three days of use, mobile screen started getting black on calling a
number or receiving a call. Also, its LED indicators for back, menu buttons also disappeared from the
screen.

On my complaint, the earlier handset was replaced and I was provided a new handset under invoice number
FAAAHO1800051247 dated 03.08.2017. Only ten days are passed and this new handset also started giving
the same problem of getting screen blackening on dialing or receiving a call.

I have lost my trust on Moto brand mobile due to repeated nature of same type of problems with two
handsets.I therefore request you to arrange for collection of mobile handset from my end and refund
the money (Rs 10069/-) paid for this product, at the earliest.

Flipkart also do fraud with me. I ordered spark slipper The size issue problem my spark slipper is pickup when I request for refund then they ignore and play with me mail mail. Everyone fraud in flipkart. Don't buy from this site. Amazon is best online service.

Why my pincode 396185 mismatch when i place order it show your pin is available for order area but when it comes the delivery time near it goes to the pincode or area mismatch if you are not deliver such thing on my pincode than blocked the area pincode when i order the item or else i will take some action against you regarding the problem i facing. i hope my request is full fill soon.

I ordered for shoes for 9 no. But they send one shoes of 9 no and another of 10 no.due to carelessness and I request for replacement but they have given expected delivery after one week but till date I did not received replaced shoes.i don't know which type of services they are providing. I have been shopping online for more than 7 years now and my recent experience with Flipkart has been the worst and most harrowing experience, by far! Flipkart is touching new lows day-by-day and seems no closer to redeeming itself.

Whether the issue is now resolved or not, I am absolutely sure that I am never going to use Flipkart ever again nor will I allow my friends, family and everybody I know to do so, so that they are saved from sub-par customer experience and the dishonest and defrauding service that has become a trademark of Flipkart.
I had stopped using Flipkart for quite some time now, but I considered giving Flipkart a chance before boycotting it forever, and now I have come to realize that this was the biggest mistake I could have ever made.

I had placed an order for a Samsung Galaxy S8 on the 11th of August which was delivered on August 16th.
Before even placing the order, I had confirmed multiple times over Live Chat (3-4 times) and call (more than 5 times) with Flipkart’s executives about the applicability of the promised offers with Samsung Galaxy 8. I was constantly getting different answers from the different calls and chats but I went ahead and bought it after multiple confirmations later on. But in spite of constant communications I did not get any official confirmation about the same, with the executives giving absurd excuses every time.

The offers in questions are:
1. Free wireless charger with the phone
2. Rs. 3000 cashback when purchased with HDFC Credit Card.
The device was delivered on 16th August, but the wireless charger was not delivered. So on the same day, I raised an issue over call with an executive who repeatedly assured that the charger will be delivered by the 18th of August.

But even the issue was not resolved but updated as resolved on the app. When I called Flipkart about it they said that they called on my number and I didn’t pick up so they went ahead and changed the status of issue to ‘resolved’! This is absolutely absurd and untrue and Flipkart has been repeating this dirty tactic every time a call back was scheduled. My phone was ‘on’ and with ‘full signal’ the whole day and I had it with me, but received no calls, but the Flipkart executives falsely updated wrong information for which I myself had to keep calling them.

The executive promised a call back within the next day regarding the same, but again the same thing ensued.

So by the end of August 19th, after having enough of this business of constantly calling Flipkart’s executives I placed a request for Return. I was supposed to receive a call back regarding the same but again after multiple postponements by Flipkart (saying that they tried reaching me but couldn’t) they kept closing the issue again and again in spite of not doing anything at all! The executives that I spoke to had no clue about anything and kept throwing nonsensical statements at me. By now after being harassed by these executives for 4-5 days, I kept calling Flipkart for something to be done.

After about a week of this, on the 22nd of August I finally got callback from Flipkart where the executive told me that the device cannot be returned as per Flipkart’s policy and that I myself have to register with Samsung and request the delivery from Samsung who will deliver the ‘wireless charger’ after 90 days as per the terms and condition, which I checked later was a blatant lie as the terms stated that the delivery would be made within 30 days!!!!!

And all throughout my constant calls with Flipkart for 6 straight days – OVER 10 to 15 calls, not even a single executive mentioned all this EVEN ONCE. Instead they kept making false promises that they will ensure that the product will be delivered while they themselves had NO IDEA about it. They kept misleading and harassing me for 6 days, when not only did they not deliver the charger, they also outright ignored my returns request. I didn’t want to return the device for a missing charger, but for Flipkart’s pathetic, dishonest and aloof service!

Also, when I am reading the procedure to register for the charger, I noticed that I have to register within 3 days and the executive told me about it 6 days later even though I had had over 10 calls with the executives!! Now not only can I not return the device, I will not even receive the charger that Flipkart promised and I still have no confirmation about the HDFC cashback.

I was placed on hold for over 1 hour twice within today itself while waiting to speak for a senior executive who didn’t even pick the call.

When I did connect with a senior executive, she proved to be as ineffective as possible to even interact with a customer. She said action will be taken against the executive who promised the delivery to me. But how many executives will you take action against? Over 10 executives promised me the same; will you simply fire them all??? And even if you do, how does that compensate for the torture I have been made to suffer for a week due to it??

Also, if the product cannot be returned in the first place then why was the option available to me on the app?!

Flipkart must not take their customers for granted! The customers do not sit around all day to follow up with Flipkart to get their issues resolved which arose due to Flipkart’s pathetic service in the first place!
I shall take this issue up with the Consumer Court and spread it all over social media so that everyone is enlightened about Flipkart’s cheating ways.

I shall not longer sit quietly as Flipkart makes a victim out of me once against while just trying to rip me off!

On 23/08/2017, I bought Kurtis with order no -OD110001323984017000 from flipkart rs 686. However, when Kurtis was received on 23 August 2017. It was faulty. so i sent request to return of this item your person came for return but refuse. He told me that without MRP tag we not take return. but when i received it no MRP tag in this item so how can i give?

I was try flipkart customer care number lot of times but no response.

The condition of the item was your responsibility up to the point I received it and accordingly I am entitled to [a refund along with a refund of all delivery costs/a replacement]. I would request that you confirm in the next three working days.

I have purchased one BPL Television for the purpose to gift it to my niece marriage on 04.05.2017 and it was installed in my niece matrimonial house in Aligarh by the official of BPL on your instruction. But it is very much surprised and amazed that the said television stopped to work from the next month of its installation.

Before two days on my complain, BPL service engineer visited the place in Aligarh to inspect the said TV and got some third grade part fitted in the TV and require replacement of the same. It is very shameful for me that I believe on FLIPKART for a best services and further I damaged my image in front of my niece.Further , this type of services will be tarnished the image of a big company like FLIPKART as well.

Therefore, i request you , stop such type of services to a genuine customer and further REPLACE the said Third grade supplied BPL television as earliest as possible .

Dear Concern,

I have Received the Goods ( MI - Mobile ) Handset - WD67036 / MI, Ordered through your Online Port.

The day I received the Same It was having slight scratch ,When I switched it On of course after charging for an Hr.The Mobile switched on suddenly within a span of 5 minutes it got switched off. I tried my level best to switch it on again but in vain still not responding.

I would like to bring to your notice that I'm currently 3 more phones of other brands working well hence I know the process of using mobile phones ,pls don't revert with your hanky Panky answers.

I guess all defectives are repaired / packed as new & sent to customers who buy through online If not how come I have received a Defective Pcs I have even logged the same in your portal the very next day still no response.

Is the way the online give services to customer. I had waited for more than 7 days now to get my queries to be replaced with new set & my queries to be answered.

If i don't receive the proper response in next 3 working days, I would need to re-look & take necessarily action. Even I would be not responsible if I put an note in News papers & other such sources. This would be an first warning mail to y'all. waiting for your response.

I have placed the replacement request, but flipkart customer support team don't even know difference between repaire and replacement. If product delivered by Flipkart was diffective then customer cannot do anything. So people please be aware they may sell you the used product with new rate.
I have buy Whirlpool washing machine, this flipkart team dilivered at my house with boxpack. When the box got openned the product was defictive. When I placed for the replacment of the order they want us to repair it. We dont even know whether washing machine is used or unused.
Kindly be aware, better to buy the product from Amazon they are far more responsive with the Dealers and Sellers.
