complain of mobile set which is under warranty period e619 dual sim cdma reliance+gsm. we are not getting the service centre to very the problem of phone so please help to get repair the phone. the service center which we have called they give some fake number. which is not active. plz resolve the problem. and get the service centre in rajahmundry.

I have purchased Haier mobile model No E619 from snapdeal on 25/03/2016 vide invoice no. SOE192/15-16/7540. I started facing problems in the set and WENT TO YOUR SERVICE CENTRE IN LUCKNOW (M/S OM SAI) and they are refusing to repair under warranty and telling that the product is not under warranty.

Pls resolve the issue or return/replace my mobile with some other continued model with warranty.

Your early action in this regard is highly appreciable.

I bought the bottom mounted refrigerator last august, started facing problems in three months. thought i was buying a state of the art product, but very disappointed, either the piece is defected or its not fit for indian weather. feel like getting rid of it after spending 47 k for nothing. The fridges of other brands dont face any problems at least for 10 years. Today again called up the customer care but being in delhi cant be reached the same day , just imagine the plight of small towns.

I bought a double door refrigerator HRF2683 from Nandilath Electronics, nandilath Tower, Main road Ottapalam, palakkad. When I bought it to home it had a gassy smell in the whole refrigerator.so suddenly we called to the service center of the company and the service man came and told that there is no problem in it after complete checkup(they can't recognize the gas leakage) and this complaint repeated for continuous 3 years so after getting fed-up we send it to the manufacturing unit where we able to know that it has a manufacturing defect.......... We filled the gas 3 times in 3 years. So plz take tough decision while purchasing this companies product. For further details 8113004469.

I have purchased haier double door refrigerator (HRF2904PSS-R) on 19.07.2017(billing date) through Sathya agency. But originally I got it on 24.07.2017 with the problem of No gas in it. Even After they filled gas it's not working.. till now its not cooling , instead it looks like a berol not like refrigerator. I have filled complaint about it to Haier company and to the Sathya agency, but till now my problem is not resolved. I have paid amount and suffering by not using the refrigerator and also daily i am putting phone call to Sathya agency and to Haier company to complain it to customer care. If you didn't rectify it, I will demolish it and spread it virally through social networks. Please try to rectify it soon, or else try to refund or replace it with new product.

I purchased a 32 inch Haier LED TV from Electronics Paradise, Pitampura on 14/08/2017 in the evening around 7:00 pm, and very next day, Engineer from Haier Company phoned me and came to install the TV at my convenient time. He was not only perfect in his field but was also installed the TV in very perfect way and neatly. He was very polite while talking and very cooperative.

I applaud the Haier Company for quick and satisfactory service and also for having such an excellent and smart employee.

I have LED TV which is not working at all. I lodge a complain SR No. KO2017092810997 and Code- BT55. The complain was Lodge in 28/09/2017. At the time the complain was lodge the customer care told me it is serviced within 24 hours. But no one came or contact me so far. Now when I asked to customer care told me it is serviced on 1/10/2017 or 2/10/2017. She also give a number some Mr. Dipnath Das-9831682831 but this person does not pick the call after repeated calling. Is this service of Haier? My number is 9830115219 and my name MANAS KUMAR PAL.

Board complain but not replaced. No one is taking responsibility.
Company person not responsible, Tv show room not responsible.
