Purchased Aquasure on 15/08/2016. It went out of order within one year on 12/08/2017. Circuit was replaced by the service provider. Again out of order on 13/08/2017. On 14/08, the circuit was again replaced. On 17th, the unit got out of order again. This is where the quality of eureka Forbes products standard nowadays.

My customer code is 1006583834 Paid annual maintenance contract upto26th Jan 2022 rs 3780.The mechanic has come twice but unable to make water machine in a working condition. He also not told me when he will come to set machine. Will you kindly look into this matter urgently?
