I complaint so many times not improving you network. i complaint in november 2016 to july 2017 almost 8 months. what doing you are workers come and check my home. worst network jio.

I've received a sms which says that i am using my jio number for professional purposes but the fact is that i've never used this number for any professional work. Complaint regarding as I recharged with 99 it has no been success I didn't get any man that it has not been successfully recharged. so I continued with 303 it has come till, 24 and wen I called to customer care on 25of July as my net is slow and they send to top up with again 99 and 399 recharge and they said will b activated in 48 hours. But there is no activation at all again called up to customer care he said sorry sir 99 package is not successfull. So it has not been activated. So what I should do I lost 500 rupees by for recharge instead I could have get new jio Sim customer care has given wrong information and could have said it before we get recharge plus do needful.

I am asha poojari, I recharged my Jio number 8618582089 Rs 309 on 22nd July 2017 Saturday, through internet banking (sbi anywhere app). Reference number is IGABRUPMD3. But still recharge is not done, I didn't get money also.

I am a prime member of Jio and I have done recharge after completion of three months which were given free to the prime members. I have a problem of network connection in the mobile. I can not call or do anything through my Jio Sim card because the network connection is not available on my Jio Sim. So please guide that how can I connect through jio network connection & how can I do calls through my Jio Sim & even how can I connect through Internet through my Jio Sim.

I was using the jiofi router since last month but when i recharged it again, My sim card was deactivated after few hours of recharge. I called to customer care, other side I talked to ayush jain and i explained whole situation to him after that he issued new sim card and sent me by post. So thank you so much team jio well done.

Hello sir,
This is Tahir Uddin , My Jio no. 07013666101. I have recharged with 309 i got the benefits for 84 days. i got calling + Internet, but i unable to make even one single conference calls. when i spokes to the jio customer care agent he said that it has come technician issues. it will be resolved in an 1 month. I accepted, beyond this 84 days period i unable to make conference call. what does you provide the benefit for me.

know i gets the call from jio care to recharge with 399 plan. i want the benefits which i haven't used in last recharge. give me any benefit because its not my fault. its jio's technical issue otherwise i port out from jio any other networks.

There is Increasing of plan rates from 303 to 309 to now 399 for 84days. Response as early as possible. I'm waiting for your reply.

I nalin joshi suffering for money refund problem, pls help me. On 15 april 2017 timing 17:26 i did recharge with 408 but unfortunately recharge was not done then same day timing 19:22 again i try to recharge then that recharge is successful but after few minute's i got msg that Rs.408 and Rs. 309 both are deducted in my account then call customers care and that member of customers care said that amount will be automatically updated in next scheme but it was not happned that i did again Rs.399 recharge. Now i want my Rs. 408 refund. Pls pay attention on this matter.

I got jio connection Use as long time. But now jio sim has not work properly and i have complain in jio care but all time one answer given by your care is to new tower are make in are at a 3 months. But your tower now at that time work is not finished your care leader jenish has not get proper ans. i hope you work on my problem.

My present plan 149 activated. But i got only 100 messages... When I'll get 200 messages.

I like to inform you that on the date of 30th July recharged 498 from reliance digital (MarathaHalli Bangalore) but it is 2 times recharged by CSR, he used my debit card for process it and told it will refund to your Account shortly but still now I did not got.

The Jio 4g voice app on my mobile gets connected hardly and in case of emergency the app makes me get irritated and my jio number is 8667221331.

Hi sir, my no jio-8247596852 and i am using with jio wifi router. i have 2 problems.

1.. i use my nokia lumina 630 single sim mobile, in that mobile i cant install any jio app.

2.. my tab samsung tab3 sm2t11. all jio apps was installed but when i switch off its asking configure try again later msg coming.

My question is why not develop jio apps for windows phone?

I want change old to new plan. 5 days are past but my new plan is not activated. i complain 3 times..but no one in customer care listening me. i have many problems. my jio sim no. - 7973930557.

Sir, Actually i haven't use any internet in my mobile but I have a data loss of 400mb. this was not an 1st time for me, may be it was an 3rd or 4th time. i have contacted jio care, they said me to raise an complain.

I have taken a corporate sim and got recharged by myself for Rs 99 as prime membership and Rs 303 another recharge. Now I want to change this sim on my individual name and Jio customer care is telling that there will be no charge to change on individual name. But from Jio centre kullu himachal Mr Vivek sent an agent to change my sim on individual name and agent is asking again Rs 99 for membership and Rs 399 for recharge. when I told him that I want only membership and they don't change my sim on individual name.

Almost 3 days back, I purchased Jio sim No.7018987722. Though the message was received that the same has been activated, but in fact, it is not working. Neither any voice call nor internet facility is available on this sim. I went thrice to Jio Service Centre at Shimla, but to no avail. It is in this regard, I am constrained to pin point that being the country's renowned and largest network, the consumers are facing difficulties and the service centers opened by the Company are of no avail because they provide no assistance nor do they care for the consumers' complaints, except for simply saying that system is out of order and it may take months or years together to set right the system. The name of the person who at Service Centre at BCS Shimla, is Gaurav, who very rudely and in discourteous manner replied to my query regarding Jio Sim in question.

It is in this context that I am constrained to bring to your notice such sorry state of affairs and hope that the problem shall be resolved immediately, without any further delay to avoid any litigation in a competent Court of law.

I reacharge 399rs but net speed will be very very slow. I'll ask customer service not responding... 4 days ask... He say wait wait. How many days ??? No response. Why do like this?
