All time I'm face this problem.. Msg sending failed in other connection or huge times of network issue. I ll just through out the Jio connection bcz its s very problematic.

Hello, This is srinath I'm from sundarapalya, bangarpet taluk kolar district karnataka.
Their is no jio signal in our town v are using joi from past 9 months. There are more than 5000 ppl in our town and 30 villages around us v don't have jio tower in our town. so if v vant to use ur jio v have to sit in the third or fourth floor. so v have raised complaints many times in jio complaint care but still no use the jio service is really not satisfactory for us so try to solve problem as soon as possible.

Purchased a new dongal of JIO before 15 days from Kolhapur. It had good speed in Kolhapur but now in my town, Peth Vadgaon the speed is very low, please help me to resolve this issue. Thanks.

I recharge to my Jio number(7907401955) for Rs. 408 on April 20/17 through net banking. But 2 times the amount deduct from my account. (408 + 408 = 916 rs) One of these is credited in my number . I was told a lot of times to the customer care executives and somany times I registered complaint against this issue , but I did not get any solution. the customer's executive called me to collect all the details..But still the problem exist..pls refund the amount of Rs408/- and requested me to find a solution as soon as possible.

I am download 6 video songs from youtube on jio network the size of 6 video 500 mb but my 350/ 850 mb extra deduct. why it's deducted

I have tried to recharge on my jio prepaid number but 1st time its not successful then i have tried 2nd time then also there is problem not saw successful but the 3rd time its saw successful but my money was deduct for 3 times from my debit card. Your customer service executive said that there is no refund of such recharge you have recharge for 3times but there is in my phone only one time saw successful otherwise i did not do for other two time. request to credit my money to my account for other two time i tried as soon as possible.

Now a days Jio is becoming more fraduent. so why we pupils are browsing through Jio...? most of the time while I may watching Jio TV ya chatting in WhatsApp, fraduent unnecessary apps for downloading are coming which is harassing me a lot..most of the time..also service is very poorly providing from your service centre still a long era. i am complaining about my problems bt they are telling unconsciously ur cellphone is not updated..what type of things u r doing with us...? we have no enough time to resolve..those... soo kindly do stop this to become a efficacious operator. I hope my problems are going to be solved very soon.
