I have lost my ATM card before 2 days. When ever i call the bank customer care number to deactivate the card it never connects. Who should i complain now?

My amount deducted from account but didn't get cash from atm. When I tried to contact customer care service it never connects. Pathetic service. Need to be changed.

Worse service. They never responded for call. Stupid service giving by BOI.

My father's debit card is showing as blocked when tried to contact customer care it never connects to speak to the customer care representative. If you are not willing to connect then why the hell you are showing customer care numbers in your site. Idiotic service.
