I did not got back my phone although it was promised by the service center to be returned till 20th of july. They keep making false promises but dont give my phone. Third class mobile and third class service.

I have purchased one A40 Indian mobile but it's battery capacity (1400mah) is very poor. So I am requesting you kindly arrange to make available the same battery of at least 2200 mah capacity in the market for purchase separately.

I am using Karbonn aura note 4g Mobile, I wants to latest version of Nougat but it is always good mobile.

I have online purchase karbonn titanium jumbo but my life in bad experience from this mobile. company ke feature ke hisab se ghatiya mobile hai isse aacha chaina mobile le lena chahiye ye mobile ka volte work karta nahi hai or heating bahut hota hai. mere hisab se ye phone nahi lena chahiye

I have a very bad experience about the karbonn service centre in the Indira Nagar Bangalore, I visited the service centre on 10th Dec to address the charging issue and they directly told there is a problem in phone battery without checking the handset properly and I purchased it on their suggestion.

I tried to charge the new battery entire day, but it was unsuccessful so I went to service centre again and explain the issue and also sat for more than 1 hours, again they didn’t diagnose the issue properly.

They told there is the charging IC issue and ask me to replace it and pay 600/- rupee, I agreed and luckily ask if this issue will not resolve post this IC replace then what's next, so they informed we need to change the motherboard of the mobile and pay 3500/-

Within 15 min they again informed they can’t change the charging IC without a motherboard.

It means they cheated me to sell the Mobile battery without diagnosing the issue properly, but the problem is with the charging IC, also they refused to return the battery.

Please let us know how to stop this kind of issue in the future.

My mobile is Karbonn jambo2 this is noo update. plz send tha latest version.

Karbonn k102+ mobile cant get deleted call logs and speed dail numbers, messages when i restore factory settings. kindly give me answer how to delete all.
