Sent Driving licence of my daughter on 16th June vide receipt no 1701235793 through overnight express Kaithal/Ambala reached Canada on 23rd inspite commitment of 20th June. Waybill no 2769080602. Heavy loss due to late delivery.

Saturday i want to send my important agreement documents to Kenya so i called to pick up the parcel.. DHL executive said that today before 8 o'clock our customer executive will come to pick up but till now they didn't came to pick up.and they said this service is TDT and if before Tuesday 12 o'clock it wont reach. they will refund the money but not giving right way.

We have send one consignment bearing weight of 11.35 kgs, as on date 25.07.17 to Washington UK. vide AWB No:- 6474321140, it was found totally in damaged condition by the party. so next time please take care if the parcel is being open at your end, hope it is properly repacked.

An email was sent to us that my shipment was caught (please provide AD code for clearance) , Sep 18, 2024, 3:13PM BLR CSA 4 (DHL IN)

Our side AD code was sent on 14-09-2024. But you don't see that. It's your fault.

One day late because your side didn't update the AD code. Error on your page, how do I pay the late fee?

Still no response from your side, so paid the current amount as I need the product urgently. After completing my complaint please return the money to my account.
