i am a retailer customer in mayiladuthurai, nagai (dist). Lakme product are sold by my shop but some item are not liked by customers. so pls take return. You hul sales rep do not come, also pls take action.

Hi mam, I'm Bharathi I bought lakme absolute perfect radiance skin lightening cream I used it only five days but I don't get any result and I have small rashes in my face like small pimples. Please give me one solution I used to continue or discontinue let me know and please suggest to me which product is best for skin lightening.

I visted lakme aliganj, lucknow yesterday and my experience was pathetic. I have been visiting this salon lately and was impressed by the behaviour of the staff but yesterday MS GARIMA who was sitting at the reception behaved so badly with me and my sister in law. She was literally screaming on us and passed very personal comments. I am highly disappointed with lakme for appointing such A RUDE LADY at the reception.

I booked a smoothening session for my sister in law in "good hair day "offer for which i made full payment and mentioned that i will take the session around november. Manager told me that i can avail the service anytime before the year end providing the full payment receipt. So, yesterday when i visited lakme, Ms GARIMA asked me to pay more because i was availing the service so late . I Explained her the whole case and presented the receipt, even then she was not agreeing and she was so rude in dealing with me and she was not letting me speak . I was not agreeing to pay more because i already paid in full and told them i will be Availing the service in nov at the time of booking itself, so what is the point to pay more.

Then, she came up with the new story that your hair has so much volume so amount of product used will be more so you have to pay like 1500 more. I already mentioned at the time of booking that hair density is too much and for length i provided them with the picture and they booked with the maximum amount.

That was the whole case , GARIMA's beahavior made such a mess while the hair expert NIKITA was very polite and dealt with goog behaviour. Ms GARIMA was literally fighting with us. In between fighting we said.... "we r also working and we never talk to our clients like the way you are, we are from real state field and we take great care in dealing with our clients". Against this statement Ms Garima answered "AAP TO BHT HI GHATIYA FIELD SE HAI" and she walked off.

I mean how can a receptionist pass such personal comments on a client. This behaviour has left me in shock. LAKME THIS IS NOT EXPECTED FROM SUCH A BIG NAME.
