I have faced battery problem from last 4-5 months. When electricity is out so our ceiling fan is not flow/on only CFL light is on. So request you to please resolve my problem on immediate basis & also not able to contact with your customer care number. Still my batter is in warranty.

I purchased 200 Ah battery BT Plus manufacturing date July 2021 and purchasing date Nov. 2021 initially for 9 to 11 months backup was as per standard but after that backup is only 2 to 3 hrs on load 250 watt to 350 watt . And your service numbers are not functional invalid numbers I think it is cheating with customer, please replace my battery otherwise I will go to consumer court.
