In my previous policy no 3005/21269889/20754/000 the profession was mention as Teacher but in current mention policy (3005/2574168/10035/000) the profession is Businessman is incorrect, please make correction. The data was entered by northern motor 127 The mall ,kanpur .But Mr. Rahul of your company refused to make correction.Please issue new policy after correction. Thanks.

I renewed my policy no 3001/68643663/02/000 on 18/01/2015 12 days before the expiry of my policy and payment was made through my dedit card . I have notbeen issued renewal cover note but proposal was kept pending for inspection of vehicle which is no way required in the case. I requested to rectify the problem and issue me the cover note of policy vide request no19012015704 but no action has yet been taken .

As per ICICI Lombard instruction today i have renewed the existing two wheeler motor policy for rs 1133 as premium but my account was debited for rs 1433 hence pl refund the excess amt of rs 300 to my sb account iob 244801000003006 immediately and confirm to me immediately.

Receipt of claim No. MOT04283660.
I want to know that can I got claim. If deceased person is nominee and insured person is another. If I can claim plz send me full information regarding for claim and what documents required for claim processing.

Dear sir,
we have given the 5 car & seven activa insurance polices to iccilombard but our car no:jh05A6556 was damaged & the glass was broken due to accident we have send the car to pebco motors ltd for repair & also informed to your office but the repair was done one side & second side the note repaired by the pebco & half portion of paint done by the pebco ltd .he told me that this is the order of your surveyor then charged rs: 3541 \= cash from us their invoice no:BR16001859 DT:24.02.2017 SERVICE TYPE: BODY REPAIR but the entire body not repaired by the pebco ltd they charged rs:6595 for painting & rs:2400 for denting when the half part dented & painted by them.

please note that we are receiving regular message from your side for the insurance of our vehicles but if we fail to receive the satisfactory service from you the how we will be continue with you.& the pebco ltd also cheated in denting & painting.

kindly send your surveyor to see the car which was repaired by pebco ltd as per the sanctioned of your surveyor.

i took a bike and go for insurance with company and it charge 4845 RS and when we compare plans over policy bazaar with other companies, they provide me same plans and even better plans with around 1500 and customercare suggest me maximum 2000Rs plan.

But i dont know why your company charge me so much and when i was contacting with customer care of icici lomabard they didn't give me satisfaction response and also shocked to hear the charges for offered plans.

I realy wanna to cancel the policy, is it any way that i refund my money back because i have not satisfy with the company. I have read blogs of the company and found there is clause if wanna cancel the policy in 7 days of register date then company refund the amount.

I took a policy today i.e 5th july 2017.

please revert back if company wanna good relationship for future perspective. my contact number: 9711936546

Hi,

I have renewed my motor insurance through ICICI Lombard through online. While renewing the amount got debited twice from my account but the transaction failed. Then on the third time it was successful. I have raised the complaint in 'customersupport @icicilombard.com' but not getting any response. I have sent multiple reminder mail. But didn't get any response from icici lombard customer support. I never seen such kind of worst support from the popular organization. I'm really frustrated. Could you please let me know when my money will get refund (Rs. around 4400/-). Appreciate your response.

Dear Team,

I am writing this email on an extremely sad experience with ICICI lombard insurance team. I gave my Vehicle For insurance last week. Claim no is attached for reference. Vehicle Number = MH02DG 6659 In the name of Seema Vaidya. I am having a zero percent depreciation policy which was renewed in Jan this year. Since 4 years I am using ICICI Lombard as my vehicle insurance agent and I am regretting today.

My surveyor is suryaprakash Tiwari (+91-8879471396)

Following are my concerns:

• Mr Surya Prakash Tiwari never called me back when I asked him my concerns. My concerns I am listing below. I have to always call him multiple times to talk with him. It has become a very painful task now to talk with the surveyors.
• On the right side of the front bumper there were few old scratches/removal of paint due to old damage. Since the damage was not that large hence I did not claim insurance that time. I think it is the decision of customer when to claim and when not to claim and not the decision of ICICI Lombard. This is because we only get 2 claims in a year for zero debt policy. I am not going to waste my claim for each and every small damage.
• Few days back I met with a major accident and my left side front bumper was damaged. When I went to claim insurance ,only 70% charge was approved from ICICI surveyor for the front bumper stating that there are old remarks on the right side of the bumper.
• Someone please make me understand if there is a damage on either sides of bumper why the approval is only of 70% , Why cant I get complete benefit of my zero debt policy?

This behavior by ICICI is extremely unethical. I would request please refund my premium amount with ICICI Lombard as I don’t wish to continue further with you. Please call me immediately and address this issue else I will have to write on twitter and that would make a very bad name for this company.

I had contacted one Mr.Premkumar today regarding renewing my two wheeler insurance which I was not able to renew. Then thanks to his extended help and cooperation I renewed it. I appreciate his help and cooperation. Thanks a lot sir.

A self-styled small businessman from Midnapore, who is fighting a case against a man accused in the Midnapore case, filed a case against him.

On 20th December 2014, Midnapore Shankar Das took a car morning to Banganga, 330m Howrah Vivekananda bridge crossing the toll, while 315 meters from Najal to Ghatal

Tapan Kumar Roy, filed a case in Midnapore Mirzabazar on Saturday, 20/9/144, on the way to return home from Ghatal Court to Midnapore, filing a complaint with his friend Ranjit Mukherjee's residence, Midnapore, on the way back to Hosain Pur village, The car wb33 A 2933 came very fast in the opposite direction and hit the bajaaj ct 100 wb34 l 5132 and was injured.

But Shankar Das, owner of the car, said

In the case of Midipur victim, my car went to Bongaon on August 20, 2014, with the skin of the horticulture hatchery from Medinipur on the 20th of December 2014, 3 to 40 minutes to return to Midnapore, Howrah Vivekananda cut the toll to get the bridge,

The protesters filed a petition in the Ghat court against the Daspur police station and filed a case against my car without proper investigation.

After that, my car was returned to the court.

The police has given the FRT of this case to ensure all information icici Lombard GIC LTD has given toll duty silk and adept papers icici Lombard given to GIC LTD.

But the lawyer of Lombard of ICICI Lombard is annoying me, I think this lawyer has made a deal with the contact with Tapan Kumar Roy of the lawyer.

In addition to Icici Lombard insurance policy holder, I am protesting against a corruption case filed by a case against wrongdoing and wasted during financial expense and damaged car. icici lombard is sitting silently.

So the exact trial of this case will be done by icici lombard.

Sir, My previous ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd (ICICI Lombard) Policy No.3001/118927236/01/000 for period from Jul06,2017 to Jul 05,2018, Vehicle Registration date Jul06,2016. Now I have purchased new ICICILombard Policy No.3001/155213554/00/000 for period from Sep23,2018 to Sep 22,2019, I have some mistake at the time of policy, vehicle make /Model No.M&M/KUV100 K6 6STR PETROL instead of correct model No. M&M/KUV100 K2 PLUS 6STR PETROL. Please correct my details in my above Policy please. My Pan No. id 'ACHPL6754F', My ADHAR No. 399440297130.
