I purchased Itek Portable chager by date 12feb2014 from croma vashi navimumbia and getting continuous problem abt not charging of mobile and glowing LED continuously even disconnecting from power. Kindly check and replace it immediately.

Intex customer care will be not attend phone most of the time and when they do their behavior is not good. They are working very slowly and put us on hold for long long times.

I purchased Intex Power Bank 11MAH by date 1Nov. 2015 getting continuous problem about not charging of mobile and glowing LED continuously when we are charging the powerbank. Kindly check and replace it immediately as its not giving backup of 1 minute.

I purchased a 10 K intex power bank model no. PB P10K from VAIBHAV MOBILES,STATION RD, BABINA CANT, JHANSI vide cash memo nbr. 392 dated 24/5/17. I visited the Intex service centre at Hazaribag, and they said that they cannot do anything about it as they repair mobiles only. This unit is lying useless and it is painful to note that I have wasted Rs. 1200 for rubbish. I request Intex to immediately replace the defective product so that I am not provoked to knock at the doors of the Consumer Forum.

The Intex service center at Charki Dadri is very bad. They never repair phone on time.
