I am using OPPO Mirror 5 51W handset but did not find guest mode in setting so please suggest me.

I have purchased mobile Oppo Neo 7 From M/s Baba Mobile Hamirpur (H.P) TIN NO 02110201059, Mob. 9805678910. There is problem in mob. But your dealer refused to replaced it. Kindly look in to the matter otherwise I am going to file case in consumer court.

There is no after sale service of the company, there is no service center. The phone is ok but for even a minor problem i have to wait several days to get the set back from oppo.

I have purchased my mobile oppo A37f, from Damodar Electronics from kanpur (U. P.) TIN NO 09137506932,mob. 7499242526 . There is a Manufacturing problem in mobile, it heat so much while using net and problem with its display. i have to press 3-4 time to reverse and with camera also it is not giving a good image but you refused to replace it. So plz look in to this matter otherwise i am going to file a case to consumer forum.

I had purchased Oppo F1F around 4 or 5 months back. Suddenly it has got shut down and now its not charging hence I am not able to switch it on. I went to Oppo service center at Lajpat Nagar, Delhi to get it checked and your representative told me that circuit of the phone has damaged due to the water which possibly has entered into its board. He told me estimated budget to replace the board around Rs.7000/- which looks far expensive to me. Request you to kindly look into it and allow your service center to replace the board of my phone as free of cost as this phone is within warranty. Or if it is not possible pls give me some reasonable concession so that I can have it repaired.

He have no idea how to talk with customer. And second thing is that in my oppo mobile phone screen slightly yellow spot show but my mobile phone newer drop from my hand my mobile phone neither break from any where, but your service center staff at gorakhpur baldev plaza lane are refuse to repair my oppo phone in with warranty period. i am very disappointing with the oppo service center at gorakhpur baldev plaza lane. I changed my Oppo F1s LCD in just 40min. With new version update also, There is good service given by oppo service centre.i got a good experience by oppo Service centre, Bihar.

Its just less than one year i bought oppo A37 and it gets overheated battery backup also soo worse, with 100% it just lasts 3 to 4 hours.

I am unsatisfied with camera clarity of Oppo A57

No update.... Phone gets heated and hangs. No option for select all files in file manager.
