Launching great services which aren't useful. Idea of Reliance Brothers is good, but implementation is bad which is fetching them crores of rupees.

Coming to problem statement: I have taken a Jio sim, that so called 3 months offer for 300 change+ 99 for promo account+30 Sim charges = 430/- roughly and placed in Jio supporting Mobile phone. The Signal strength at city centre places is damn weak. 1/100 calls if it connects, it connects to wrong persons. That 1/100th call that connects, call drops many times.

Internet speed is good, but if it has to connect. Which will never happen when required.

Raised compliant, and they said will come back in 48hrs and never give details about what has happened and the resolution details. + When I call Customer care executive, they tells they are increasing the bandwidths and it takes 60 days to resolve.

Then why the hell you give the services when no singals are there? Simply looting our pockets. Beggars are better than you literally. They ask and take. But you guys are looting the people without they knowing it. Do not spoil the reputation of Reliance (which doesnt have any).

You go where ever you want, please refund my hard earned money.

I have been facing network issue since I have recharge of 309. My Network speed always dropped I just download only one song after that speed goes down and sms comes on my phone Data Finish. When I contact customer care I got no response. Please solve my speed issue and data problem my Jio no 7006646849.

My jio no 8789139287. We had recharged402..in 7april. After 1 month the net running and than closed. The one who had recharged me is not refunding my money. Parisad mobile to say that I have not even balance in my account. Now where is my balance?

I have many complaind numbers but till today i have no solutions. jio customer care employees give me only a date but not give a solutions. i m very upset for using reliance jio sim, i cant use net & i cant use data why i use this. my complaint no. is.... sr00000asj6j, sr000009srk7, sr000009wwzy, sr00000asj67, sr000009wwzs.... this is my complained but no solution.

I got a free offer sim no.88511 84153 with purchased i phone on dated 29/12/2016 but got deactivated. I came to know from Customer care and platinumcare@jio.com that it has been mapped with other number, I had provided the Copy of invoice also as a proof and for IMEI no. After stipulated period of 72 hours nobody is replying to mail and as per customer care, same can not solved by them.

I request to everybody to solve my issues early as possible. My alternative mobile no.987162199

My jio sim is not working properly. whenever i call sme1 they cant hear properly voice from 3-4 days my net is not working properly. so plz tell me what to do?

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Himanka Sekhar Das, Jio Mobile No. 7003656174. On 7th April, 2017, I recharged two different Mobile Numbers, 1st one of Rs. 402 at 9:44:02 pm and another of Rs. 303 at 9:52:17 pm, transaction ID – 709707386466 and 709707681173 respectively, through my Jio-Money Account using my AXIS BANK Debit Card to get the benefit of Rs. 50 Cash-Back offer. That day I got Rs. 50 Cash-Back as the offer and got message recharge successfully, but the two Mobile holders did not get any message, on 13th April 2017 I called to Jio Customer Care and Jio-Money and knew that it was failed to recharge and that is why they had recharged again from another places and I had to Cash Back them with fine. On that day it was said from Jio-Money that I would get back the money on my wallet. Now, I am very sorry to say that at least nine times I asked Jio-Money and it was said, ”Within 24 hours you will get back the money”. I got refund only Rs. 99 on 8th may 2017. But, today I call three times to Jio-Money and three times to Jio Customer care, each time they have answered differently. Last time Jio-Money said, “You will not get back the money, it is recharged on your Mobile Number in advance for next plan”, I don’t know how is it possible without any information, and finely Customer Care said that there is no one information about my Mobile Number and suggest to mail knowing details.”

I do believe that a reputed big company cannot cheat a little money of a customer but a staff can harasses to a customer. Therefore, I request you kindly to take the necessary steps to refund my balance as early as possible.

Well my mobile number is a 9505095810 which is idea network . On 5/6/2017 I ported from idea to jio , but I don't why my number didn't successfully ported. UPC is IA313999. Can you please solve my problem.

Sir my internet speed is below 1kbps maximum times from last two dayz not able to browse a page downloading is far possible. Call drop has been raised a number of times. Can't call or receive any call more of the times.. plz take interest and solve the problem at earliest.

Yesterday at 1.40 am I used my data for 10 minutes. then I got a message that you have consumed your 1gb data, time in that is showing I have used it at 12.58am. how it is possible that I didn't even on it and lost all the data, as at that time I am in office. I have a proof that I didn't use it and my mobile was in locker, hoping so you will take action soon, thank you.

I have recharged my sim 303+99=404 by the retailer. After one month customer care called me, and said that your recharge was not successful. so your money will be refunded to the respective retailer. i went to him he is not giving money he gave my transaction id.
